سُورَةُ الأَعۡلَىٰ
سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْاَعْلَىۙ ١
ID Translation Sucikanlah nama Tuhanmu Yang Maha Tingi,EN Translation EXTOL the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's name: [the glory of] the Al-Highest,الَّذِيْ خَلَقَ فَسَوّٰىۖ ٢
ID Translation yang menciptakan, dan menyempurnakan (penciptaan-Nya),EN Translation who creates [every thing], and thereupon forms it in accordance with what it is meant to be,وَالَّذِيْ قَدَّرَ فَهَدٰىۖ ٣
ID Translation dan yang menentukan kadar (masing-masing) dan memberi petunjuk,EN Translation and who determines the nature [of all that exists], and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment],وَالَّذِيْٓ اَخْرَجَ الْمَرْعٰىۖ ٤
ID Translation dan yang menumbuhkan rumput-rumputan,EN Translation and who brings forth herbage,فَجَعَلَهٗ غُثَاۤءً اَحْوٰىۖ ٥
ID Translation lalu dijadikan-Nya rumput-rumput itu kering kehitam-hitaman.EN Translation and thereupon causes it to decay into rust-brown stubble!سَنُقْرِئُكَ فَلَا تَنْسٰىٓ ۖ ٦
ID Translation Kami akan membacakan (Al Quran) kepadamu (Muhammad) maka kamu tidak akan lupa,EN Translation WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught],اِلَّا مَا شَاۤءَ اللّٰهُ ۗاِنَّهٗ يَعْلَمُ الْجَهْرَ وَمَا يَخْفٰىۗ ٧
ID Translation kecuali kalau Allah menghendaki. Sesungguhnya Dia mengetahui yang terang dan yang tersembunyi.EN Translation save what God may will [thee to forget] - for, verily, He [alone] knows all that is open to [man's] perception as well as all that is hidden [from it]وَنُيَسِّرُكَ لِلْيُسْرٰىۖ ٨
ID Translation dan Kami akan memberi kamu taufik ke jalan yang mudah,EN Translation and [thus] shall We make easy for thee the path towards [ultimate] ease.فَذَكِّرْ اِنْ نَّفَعَتِ الذِّكْرٰىۗ ٩
ID Translation oleh sebab itu berikanlah peringatan karena peringatan itu bermanfaat,EN Translation REMIND, THEN, [others of the truth, regardless of] whether this reminding [would seem to] be of use [or not]:سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَنْ يَّخْشٰىۙ ١٠
ID Translation orang yang takut (kepada Allah) akan mendapat pelajaran,EN Translation in mind will keep it he who stands in awe [of God],وَيَتَجَنَّبُهَا الْاَشْقَىۙ ١١
ID Translation dan orang-orang yang celaka (kafir) akan menjauhinya.EN Translation but aloof from it will remain that most hapless wretch –الَّذِيْ يَصْلَى النَّارَ الْكُبْرٰىۚ ١٢
ID Translation (Yaitu) orang yang akan memasuki api yang besar (neraka).EN Translation he who [in the life to come] shall have to endure the great fireثُمَّ لَا يَمُوْتُ فِيْهَا وَلَا يَحْيٰىۗ ١٣
ID Translation Kemudian dia tidak akan mati di dalamnya dan tidak (pula) hidup.EN Translation wherein he will neither die nor remain alive.قَدْ اَفْلَحَ مَنْ تَزَكّٰىۙ ١٤
ID Translation Sesungguhnya beruntunglah orang yang membersihkan diri (dengan beriman),EN Translation To happiness [in the life to come] will indeed attain he who attains to purity [in this world],وَذَكَرَ اسْمَ رَبِّهٖ فَصَلّٰىۗ ١٥
ID Translation dan dia ingat nama Tuhannya, lalu dia sembahyang.EN Translation and remembers his Sustainer's name, and prays [unto Him].بَلْ تُؤْثِرُوْنَ الْحَيٰوةَ الدُّنْيَاۖ ١٦
ID Translation Tetapi kamu (orang-orang kafir) memilih kehidupan duniawi.EN Translation But nay, [O men,] you prefer the life of this world,وَالْاٰخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ وَّاَبْقٰىۗ ١٧
ID Translation Sedang kehidupan akhirat adalah lebih baik dan lebih kekal.EN Translation although the life to come is better and more enduring.اِنَّ هٰذَا لَفِى الصُّحُفِ الْاُوْلٰىۙ ١٨
ID Translation Sesungguhnya ini benar-benar terdapat dalam kitab-kitab yang dahulu,EN Translation Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations –صُحُفِ اِبْرٰهِيْمَ وَمُوْسٰى ١٩
ID Translation (yaitu) Kitab-kitab Ibrahim dan MusaEN Translation the revelations of Abraham and Moses.
