تِلْكَ الرُّسُلُ فَضَّلْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ عَلٰى بَعْضٍۘ مِنْهُمْ مَّنْ كَلَّمَ اللّٰهُ وَرَفَعَ بَعْضَهُمْ دَرَجٰتٍۗ وَاٰتَيْنَا عِيْسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ الْبَيِّنٰتِ وَاَيَّدْنٰهُ بِرُوْحِ الْقُدُسِۗ وَلَوْ شَاۤءَ اللّٰهُ مَا اقْتَتَلَ الَّذِيْنَ مِنْۢ بَعْدِهِمْ مِّنْۢ بَعْدِ مَا جَاۤءَتْهُمُ الْبَيِّنٰتُ وَلٰكِنِ اخْتَلَفُوْا فَمِنْهُمْ مَّنْ اٰمَنَ وَمِنْهُمْ مَّنْ كَفَرَ ۗوَلَوْ شَاۤءَ اللّٰهُ مَا اقْتَتَلُوْاۗ وَلٰكِنَّ اللّٰهَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يُرِيْدُ ٢٥٣

ID Translation Rasul-rasul itu Kami lebihkan sebagian (dari) mereka atas sebagian yang lain. Di antara mereka ada yang Allah berkata-kata (langsung dengan dia) dan sebagiannya Allah meninggikannya beberapa derajat. Dan Kami berikan kepada Isa putera Maryam beberapa mukjizat serta Kami perkuat dia dengan Ruhul Qudus. Dan kalau Allah menghendaki, niscaya tidaklah berbunuh-bunuhan orang-orang (yang datang) sesudah rasul-rasul itu, sesudah datang kepada mereka beberapa macam keterangan, akan tetapi mereka berselisih, maka ada di antara mereka yang beriman dan ada (pula) di antara mereka yang kafir. Seandainya Allah menghendaki, tidaklah mereka berbunuh-bunuhan. Akan tetapi Allah berbuat apa yang dikehendaki-Nya.

EN Translation Some of these apostles have We endowed more highly than others: among them were such as were spoken to by God [Himself], and some He has raised yet higher.' And We vouchsafed unto Jesus, the son of Mary, all evidence of the truth, and strengthened him with holy inspiration. And if God had so willed, they who succeeded those [apostles] would not have contended with one another after all evidence of the truth had come to them; but [as it was,] they did take to divergent views, and some of them attained to faith, while some of them came to deny the truth. Yet if God had so willed, they would not have contended with one another: but God does whatever He wills.

يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْٓا اَنْفِقُوْا مِمَّا رَزَقْنٰكُمْ مِّنْ قَبْلِ اَنْ يَّأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لَّا بَيْعٌ فِيْهِ وَلَا خُلَّةٌ وَّلَا شَفَاعَةٌ ۗوَالْكٰفِرُوْنَ هُمُ الظّٰلِمُوْنَ ٢٥٤

ID Translation Hai orang-orang yang beriman, belanjakanlah (di jalan Allah) sebagian dari rezeki yang telah Kami berikan kepadamu sebelum datang hari yang pada hari itu tidak ada lagi jual beli dan tidak ada lagi syafa'at. Dan orang-orang kafir itulah orang-orang yang zalim.

EN Translation O YOU who have attained to faith! Spend [in Our way] out of what We have granted you as sustenance ere there come a Day when there will be no bargaining, and no friendship, and no intercession. And they who deny the truth -it is they who are evildoers!

اَللّٰهُ لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَۚ اَلْحَيُّ الْقَيُّوْمُ ەۚ لَا تَأْخُذُهٗ سِنَةٌ وَّلَا نَوْمٌۗ لَهٗ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِۗ مَنْ ذَا الَّذِيْ يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهٗٓ اِلَّا بِاِذْنِهٖۗ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ اَيْدِيْهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْۚ وَلَا يُحِيْطُوْنَ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهٖٓ اِلَّا بِمَا شَاۤءَۚ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَۚ وَلَا يَـُٔوْدُهٗ حِفْظُهُمَاۚ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيْمُ ٢٥٥

ID Translation Allah, tidak ada Tuhan (yang berhak disembah) melainkan Dia Yang Hidup kekal lagi terus menerus mengurus (makhluk-Nya); tidak mengantuk dan tidak tidur. Kepunyaan-Nya apa yang di langit dan di bumi. Tiada yang dapat memberi syafa'at di sisi Allah tanpa izin-Nya? Allah mengetahui apa-apa yang di hadapan mereka dan di belakang mereka, dan mereka tidak mengetahui apa-apa dari ilmu Allah melainkan apa yang dikehendaki-Nya. Kursi Allah meliputi langit dan bumi. Dan Allah tidak merasa berat memelihara keduanya, dan Allah Maha Tinggi lagi Maha Besar.

EN Translation GOD - there is no deity save Him, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsistent Fount of All Being. Neither slumber overtakes Him, nor sleep. His is all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth. Who is there that could intercede with Him, unless it be by His leave? He knows all that lies open before men and all that is hidden from them, whereas they cannot attain to aught of His knowledge save that which He wills [them to attain]. His eternal power overspreads the heavens and the earth, and their upholding wearies Him not. And he alone is truly exalted, tremendous.

لَآ اِكْرَاهَ فِى الدِّيْنِۗ قَدْ تَّبَيَّنَ الرُّشْدُ مِنَ الْغَيِّ ۚ فَمَنْ يَّكْفُرْ بِالطَّاغُوْتِ وَيُؤْمِنْۢ بِاللّٰهِ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقٰى لَا انْفِصَامَ لَهَا ۗوَاللّٰهُ سَمِيْعٌ عَلِيْمٌ ٢٥٦

ID Translation Tidak ada paksaan untuk (memasuki) agama (Islam); sesungguhnya telah jelas jalan yang benar daripada jalan yang sesat. Karena itu barangsiapa yang ingkar kepada Thaghut dan beriman kepada Allah, maka sesungguhnya ia telah berpegang kepada buhul tali yang amat kuat yang tidak akan putus. Dan Allah Maha Mendengar lagi Maha Mengetahui.

EN Translation THERE SHALL BE no coercion in matters of faith. Distinct has now become the right way from [the way of] error: hence, he who rejects the powers of evil and believes in God has indeed taken hold of a support most unfailing, which shall never give way: for God is all-hearing, all-knowing.

اَللّٰهُ وَلِيُّ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا يُخْرِجُهُمْ مِّنَ الظُّلُمٰتِ اِلَى النُّوْرِۗ وَالَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْٓا اَوْلِيَاۤؤُهُمُ الطَّاغُوْتُ يُخْرِجُوْنَهُمْ مِّنَ النُّوْرِ اِلَى الظُّلُمٰتِۗ اُولٰۤىِٕكَ اَصْحٰبُ النَّارِۚ هُمْ فِيْهَا خٰلِدُوْنَ ٢٥٧

ID Translation Allah Pelindung orang-orang yang beriman; Dia mengeluarkan mereka dari kegelapan (kekafiran) kepada cahaya (iman). Dan orang-orang yang kafir, pelindung-pelindungnya ialah syaitan, yang mengeluarkan mereka daripada cahaya kepada kegelapan (kekafiran). Mereka itu adalah penghuni neraka; mereka kekal di dalamnya.

EN Translation God is near unto those who have faith, taking them out of deep darkness into the light - whereas near unto those who are bent on denying the truth are the powers of evil that take them out of the light into darkness deep: it is they who are destined for the fire, therein to abide.

اَلَمْ تَرَ اِلَى الَّذِيْ حَاۤجَّ اِبْرٰهٖمَ فِيْ رَبِّهٖٓ اَنْ اٰتٰىهُ اللّٰهُ الْمُلْكَ ۘ اِذْ قَالَ اِبْرٰهٖمُ رَبِّيَ الَّذِيْ يُحْيٖ وَيُمِيْتُۙ قَالَ اَنَا۠ اُحْيٖ وَاُمِيْتُ ۗ قَالَ اِبْرٰهٖمُ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ يَأْتِيْ بِالشَّمْسِ مِنَ الْمَشْرِقِ فَأْتِ بِهَا مِنَ الْمَغْرِبِ فَبُهِتَ الَّذِيْ كَفَرَ ۗوَاللّٰهُ لَا يَهْدِى الْقَوْمَ الظّٰلِمِيْنَۚ ٢٥٨

ID Translation Apakah kamu tidak memperhatikan orang yang mendebat Ibrahim tentang Tuhannya (Allah) karena Allah telah memberikan kepada orang itu pemerintahan (kekuasaan). Ketika Ibrahim mengatakan: "Tuhanku ialah Yang menghidupkan dan mematikan," orang itu berkata: "Saya dapat menghidupkan dan mematikan". Ibrahim berkata: "Sesungguhnya Allah menerbitkan matahari dari timur, maka terbitkanlah dia dari barat," lalu terdiamlah orang kafir itu; dan Allah tidak memberi petunjuk kepada orang-orang yang zalim.

EN Translation ART THOU NOT aware of that [king] who argued with Abraham about his Sustainer, (simply] because God had granted him kingship? Lo! Abraham said: "My Sustainer is He who grants life and deals death." [The king] replied: "I [too] grant life and deal death!" Said Abraham: "Verily, God causes the sun to rise in the east; cause it, then, to rise in the west!" Thereupon he who was bent on denying the truth remained dumbfounded: for God does not guide people who [deliberately] do wrong.

اَوْ كَالَّذِيْ مَرَّ عَلٰى قَرْيَةٍ وَّهِيَ خَاوِيَةٌ عَلٰى عُرُوْشِهَاۚ قَالَ اَنّٰى يُحْيٖ هٰذِهِ اللّٰهُ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا ۚ فَاَمَاتَهُ اللّٰهُ مِائَةَ عَامٍ ثُمَّ بَعَثَهٗ ۗ قَالَ كَمْ لَبِثْتَ ۗ قَالَ لَبِثْتُ يَوْمًا اَوْ بَعْضَ يَوْمٍۗ قَالَ بَلْ لَّبِثْتَ مِائَةَ عَامٍ فَانْظُرْ اِلٰى طَعَامِكَ وَشَرَابِكَ لَمْ يَتَسَنَّهْ ۚ وَانْظُرْ اِلٰى حِمَارِكَۗ وَلِنَجْعَلَكَ اٰيَةً لِّلنَّاسِ وَانْظُرْ اِلَى الْعِظَامِ كَيْفَ نُنْشِزُهَا ثُمَّ نَكْسُوْهَا لَحْمًا ۗ فَلَمَّا تَبَيَّنَ لَهٗ ۙ قَالَ اَعْلَمُ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ ٢٥٩

ID Translation Atau apakah (kamu tidak memperhatikan) orang yang melalui suatu negeri yang (temboknya) telah roboh menutupi atapnya. Dia berkata: "Bagaimana Allah menghidupkan kembali negeri ini setelah hancur?" Maka Allah mematikan orang itu seratus tahun, kemudian menghidupkannya kembali. Allah bertanya: "Berapakah lamanya kamu tinggal di sini?" Ia menjawab: "Saya tinggal di sini sehari atau setengah hari". Allah berfirman: "Sebenarnya kamu telah tinggal di sini seratus tahun lamanya; lihatlah kepada makanan dan minumanmu yang belum lagi beubah; dan lihatlah kepada keledai kamu (yang telah menjadi tulang belulang); Kami akan menjadikan kamu tanda kekuasaan Kami bagi manusia; dan lihatlah kepada tulang belulang keledai itu, kemudian Kami menyusunnya kembali, kemudian Kami membalutnya dengan daging". Maka tatkala telah nyata kepadanya (bagaimana Allah menghidupkan yang telah mati) diapun berkata: "Saya yakin bahwa Allah Maha Kuasa atas segala sesuatu".

EN Translation Or [art thou, O man, of the same mind] as he who passed by a town deserted by its people, with its roofs caved in, [and] said, "How could God bring all this back to life after its death?" Thereupon God caused him to be dead for a hundred years; where after He brought him back to life [and] said: "How long hast thou remained thus?" He answered: "I have remained thus a day, or part of a day." Said [God]: "Nay, but thou hast remained thus for a hundred years! But look at thy food and thy drink-untouched is it by the passing of years - and look at thine ass! And [We did all this so that We might make thee a symbol unto men. And look at the bones [of animals and men] - how We put them together and then clothe them with flesh!" And when [all this] became clear to him, he said: "I know [now] that God has the power to will anything!"

وَاِذْ قَالَ اِبْرٰهٖمُ رَبِّ اَرِنِيْ كَيْفَ تُحْيِ الْمَوْتٰىۗ قَالَ اَوَلَمْ تُؤْمِنْ ۗقَالَ بَلٰى وَلٰكِنْ لِّيَطْمَىِٕنَّ قَلْبِيْ ۗقَالَ فَخُذْ اَرْبَعَةً مِّنَ الطَّيْرِفَصُرْهُنَّ اِلَيْكَ ثُمَّ اجْعَلْ عَلٰى كُلِّ جَبَلٍ مِّنْهُنَّ جُزْءًا ثُمَّ ادْعُهُنَّ يَأْتِيْنَكَ سَعْيًا ۗوَاعْلَمْ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ عَزِيْزٌحَكِيْمٌ ٢٦٠

ID Translation Dan (ingatlah) ketika Ibrahim berkata: "Ya Tuhanku, perlihatkanlah kepadaku bagaimana Engkau menghidupkan orang-orang mati". Allah berfirman: "Belum yakinkah kamu?" Ibrahim menjawab: "Aku telah meyakinkannya, akan tetapi agar hatiku tetap mantap (dengan imanku) Allah berfirman: "(Kalau demikian) ambillah empat ekor burung, lalu cincanglah semuanya olehmu. (Allah berfirman): "Lalu letakkan diatas tiap-tiap satu bukit satu bagian dari bagian-bagian itu, kemudian panggillah mereka, niscaya mereka datang kepadamu dengan segera". Dan ketahuilah bahwa Allah Maha Perkasa lagi Maha Bijaksana.

EN Translation And, lo, Abraham said: "O my Sustainer! Show me how Thou givest life unto the dead!" Said He: "Hast thou, then, no faith?" (Abraham) answered: "Yea, but [let me see it] so that my heart may be set fully at rest." Said He: "Take, then, four birds and teach them to obey thee; then place them separately on every hill [around thee]; then summon them: they will come flying to thee. And know that God is almighty, wise."

مَثَلُ الَّذِيْنَ يُنْفِقُوْنَ اَمْوَالَهُمْ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ كَمَثَلِ حَبَّةٍ اَنْۢبَتَتْ سَبْعَ سَنَابِلَ فِيْ كُلِّ سُنْۢبُلَةٍ مِّائَةُ حَبَّةٍ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ يُضٰعِفُ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗوَاللّٰهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيْمٌ ٢٦١

ID Translation Perumpamaan (nafkah yang dikeluarkan oleh) orang-orang yang menafkahkan hartanya di jalan Allah adalah serupa dengan sebutir benih yang menumbuhkan tujuh bulir, pada tiap-tiap bulir seratus biji. Allah melipat gandakan (ganjaran) bagi siapa yang Dia kehendaki. Dan Allah Maha Luas (karunia-Nya) lagi Maha Mengetahui.

EN Translation THE PARABLE of those who spend their possessions for the sake of God is that of a grain out of which grow seven ears, in every ear a hundred grains: for God grants manifold increase unto whom He wills; and God is infinite, all-knowing.

اَلَّذِيْنَ يُنْفِقُوْنَ اَمْوَالَهُمْ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ ثُمَّ لَا يُتْبِعُوْنَ مَآ اَنْفَقُوْا مَنًّا وَّلَآ اَذًىۙ لَّهُمْ اَجْرُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْۚ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُوْنَ ٢٦٢

ID Translation Orang-orang yang menafkahkan hartanya di jalan Allah, kemudian mereka tidak mengiringi apa yang dinafkahkannya itu dengan menyebut-nyebut pemberiannya dan dengan tidak menyakiti (perasaan si penerima), mereka memperoleh pahala di sisi Tuhan mereka. Tidak ada kekhawatiran terhadap mereka dan tidak (pula) mereka bersedih hati.

EN Translation They who spend their possessions for the sake of God and do not thereafter mar their spending by stressing their own benevolence and hurting [the feelings of the needy] shall have their reward with 'their Sustainer, and no fear need they have, and neither shall they grieve.

۞ قَوْلٌ مَّعْرُوْفٌ وَّمَغْفِرَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ صَدَقَةٍ يَّتْبَعُهَآ اَذًى ۗ وَاللّٰهُ غَنِيٌّ حَلِيْمٌ ٢٦٣

ID Translation Perkataan yang baik dan pemberian maaf lebih baik dari sedekah yang diiringi dengan sesuatu yang menyakitkan (perasaan si penerima). Allah Maha Kaya lagi Maha Penyantun.

EN Translation A kind word and the veiling of another's want is better than a charitable deed followed by hurt; and God is self-sufficient, forbearing.

يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَا تُبْطِلُوْا صَدَقٰتِكُمْ بِالْمَنِّ وَالْاَذٰىۙ كَالَّذِيْ يُنْفِقُ مَالَهٗ رِئَاۤءَ النَّاسِ وَلَا يُؤْمِنُ بِاللّٰهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِۗ فَمَثَلُهٗ كَمَثَلِ صَفْوَانٍ عَلَيْهِ تُرَابٌ فَاَصَابَهٗ وَابِلٌ فَتَرَكَهٗ صَلْدًا ۗ لَا يَقْدِرُوْنَ عَلٰى شَيْءٍ مِّمَّا كَسَبُوْا ۗ وَاللّٰهُ لَا يَهْدِى الْقَوْمَ الْكٰفِرِيْنَ ٢٦٤

ID Translation Hai orang-orang yang beriman, janganlah kamu menghilangkan (pahala) sedekahmu dengan menyebut-nyebutnya dan menyakiti (perasaan si penerima), seperti orang yang menafkahkan hartanya karena riya kepada manusia dan dia tidak beriman kepada Allah dan hari kemudian. Maka perumpamaan orang itu seperti batu licin yang di atasnya ada tanah, kemudian batu itu ditimpa hujan lebat, lalu menjadilah dia bersih (tidak bertanah). Mereka tidak menguasai sesuatupun dari apa yang mereka usahakan; dan Allah tidak memberi petunjuk kepada orang-orang yang kafir.

EN Translation O you who have attained to faith! Do not deprive your charitable deeds of all worth by stressing your own benevolence and hurting [the feelings of the needy], as does he who spends his wealth only to be seen and praised by men, and believes not in God and the Last Day: for his parable is that of a smooth rock with [a little] earth upon it - and then a rainstorm smites it and leaves it hard and bare. Such as these shall have no gain whatever from all their [good] works: for God does not guide people who refuse to acknowledge the truth.

وَمَثَلُ الَّذِيْنَ يُنْفِقُوْنَ اَمْوَالَهُمُ ابْتِغَاۤءَ مَرْضَاتِ اللّٰهِ وَتَثْبِيْتًا مِّنْ اَنْفُسِهِمْ كَمَثَلِ جَنَّةٍۢ بِرَبْوَةٍ اَصَابَهَا وَابِلٌ فَاٰتَتْ اُكُلَهَا ضِعْفَيْنِۚ فَاِنْ لَّمْ يُصِبْهَا وَابِلٌ فَطَلٌّ ۗوَاللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ بَصِيْرٌ ٢٦٥

ID Translation Dan perumpamaan orang-orang yang membelanjakan hartanya karena mencari keridhaan Allah dan untuk keteguhan jiwa mereka, seperti sebuah kebun yang terletak di dataran tinggi yang disiram oleh hujan lebat, maka kebun itu menghasilkan buahnya dua kali lipat. Jika hujan lebat tidak menyiraminya, maka hujan gerimis (pun memadai). Dan Allah Maha Melihat apa yang kamu perbuat.

EN Translation And the parable of those who spend their possessions out of a longing to please God, and out of their own inner certainty, is that of a garden on high, fertile ground: a rainstorm smites it, and thereupon it brings forth its fruit twofold; and if no rainstorm smites it, soft rain [falls upon it]. And God sees all that you do.

اَيَوَدُّ اَحَدُكُمْ اَنْ تَكُوْنَ لَهٗ جَنَّةٌ مِّنْ نَّخِيْلٍ وَّاَعْنَابٍ تَجْرِيْ مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْاَنْهٰرُۙ لَهٗ فِيْهَا مِنْ كُلِّ الثَّمَرٰتِۙ وَاَصَابَهُ الْكِبَرُ وَلَهٗ ذُرِّيَّةٌ ضُعَفَاۤءُۚ فَاَصَابَهَآ اِعْصَارٌ فِيْهِ نَارٌ فَاحْتَرَقَتْ ۗ كَذٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللّٰهُ لَكُمُ الْاٰيٰتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَفَكَّرُوْنَ ٢٦٦

ID Translation Apakah ada salah seorang di antaramu yang ingin mempunyai kebun kurma dan anggur yang mengalir di bawahnya sungai-sungai; dia mempunyai dalam kebun itu segala macam buah-buahan, kemudian datanglah masa tua pada orang itu sedang dia mempunyai keturunan yang masih kecil-kecil. Maka kebun itu ditiup angin keras yang mengandung api, lalu terbakarlah. Demikianlah Allah menerangkan ayat-ayat-Nya kepada kamu supaya kamu memikirkannya.

EN Translation Would any of you like to have a garden of date-palms and vines, through which running waters flow, and have all manner of fruit therein - and then be overtaken by old age, with only weak children to [look after] him-and then [see] it smitten by a fiery whirlwind and utterly scorched? In this way God makes clear His messages unto you, so that you might take thought.

يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْٓا اَنْفِقُوْا مِنْ طَيِّبٰتِ مَا كَسَبْتُمْ وَمِمَّآ اَخْرَجْنَا لَكُمْ مِّنَ الْاَرْضِ ۗ وَلَا تَيَمَّمُوا الْخَبِيْثَ مِنْهُ تُنْفِقُوْنَ وَلَسْتُمْ بِاٰخِذِيْهِ اِلَّآ اَنْ تُغْمِضُوْا فِيْهِ ۗ وَاعْلَمُوْٓا اَنَّ اللّٰهَ غَنِيٌّ حَمِيْدٌ ٢٦٧

ID Translation Hai orang-orang yang beriman, nafkahkanlah (di jalan allah) sebagian dari hasil usahamu yang baik-baik dan sebagian dari apa yang Kami keluarkan dari bumi untuk kamu. Dan janganlah kamu memilih yang buruk-buruk lalu kamu menafkahkan daripadanya, padahal kamu sendiri tidak mau mengambilnya melainkan dengan memincingkan mata terhadapnya. Dan ketahuilah, bahwa Allah Maha Kaya lagi Maha Terpuji.

EN Translation O you who have attained to faith! Spend on others out of the good things which you may have acquired, and out of that which We bring forth for you from the earth; and choose not for your spending the bad things which you yourselves would not accept without averting your eyes in disdain. And know that God is self-sufficient, ever to be praised.

اَلشَّيْطٰنُ يَعِدُكُمُ الْفَقْرَ وَيَأْمُرُكُمْ بِالْفَحْشَاۤءِ ۚ وَاللّٰهُ يَعِدُكُمْ مَّغْفِرَةً مِّنْهُ وَفَضْلًا ۗ وَاللّٰهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيْمٌ ۖ ٢٦٨

ID Translation Syaitan menjanjikan (menakut-nakuti) kamu dengan kemiskinan dan menyuruh kamu berbuat kejahatan (kikir); sedang Allah menjadikan untukmu ampunan daripada-Nya dan karunia. Dan Allah Maha Luas (karunia-Nya) lagi Maha Mengatahui.

EN Translation Satan threatens you with the prospect of poverty and bids you to be niggardly, whereas God promises you His forgiveness and bounty; and God is infinite, all-knowing,

يُّؤْتِى الْحِكْمَةَ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۚ وَمَنْ يُّؤْتَ الْحِكْمَةَ فَقَدْ اُوْتِيَ خَيْرًا كَثِيْرًا ۗ وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ اِلَّآ اُولُوا الْاَلْبَابِ ٢٦٩

ID Translation Allah menganugerahkan al hikmah (kefahaman yang dalam tentang Al Quran dan As Sunnah) kepada siapa yang dikehendaki-Nya. Dan barangsiapa yang dianugerahi hikmah, ia benar-benar telah dianugerahi karunia yang banyak. Dan hanya orang-orang yang berakallah yang dapat mengambil pelajaran (dari firman Allah).

EN Translation granting wisdom unto whom He wills: and whoever is granted wisdom has indeed been granted wealth abundant. But none bears this in mind save those who are endowed with insight.

وَمَآ اَنْفَقْتُمْ مِّنْ نَّفَقَةٍ اَوْ نَذَرْتُمْ مِّنْ نَّذْرٍ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ يَعْلَمُهٗ ۗ وَمَا لِلظّٰلِمِيْنَ مِنْ اَنْصَارٍ ٢٧٠

ID Translation Apa saja yang kamu nafkahkan atau apa saja yang kamu nazarkan, maka sesungguhnya Allah mengetahuinya. Orang-orang yang berbuat zalim tidak ada seorang penolongpun baginya.

EN Translation For, whatever you may spend on others, or whatever you may vow [to spend], verily, God knows it; and those who do wrong [by withholding charity] shall have none to succour them.

اِنْ تُبْدُوا الصَّدَقٰتِ فَنِعِمَّا هِيَۚ وَاِنْ تُخْفُوْهَا وَتُؤْتُوْهَا الْفُقَرَاۤءَ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ ۗ وَيُكَفِّرُ عَنْكُمْ مِّنْ سَيِّاٰتِكُمْ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ خَبِيْرٌ ٢٧١

ID Translation Jika kamu menampakkan sedekah(mu), maka itu adalah baik sekali. Dan jika kamu menyembunyikannya dan kamu berikan kepada orang-orang fakir, maka menyembunyikan itu lebih baik bagimu. Dan Allah akan menghapuskan dari kamu sebagian kesalahan-kesalahanmu; dan Allah mengetahui apa yang kamu kerjakan.

EN Translation If you do deeds of charity openly, it is well; but if you bestow it upon the needy in secret, it will be even better for you, and it will atone for some of your bad deeds. And God is aware of all that you do.

۞ لَيْسَ عَلَيْكَ هُدٰىهُمْ وَلٰكِنَّ اللّٰهَ يَهْدِيْ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗوَمَا تُنْفِقُوْا مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَلِاَنْفُسِكُمْ ۗوَمَا تُنْفِقُوْنَ اِلَّا ابْتِغَاۤءَ وَجْهِ اللّٰهِ ۗوَمَا تُنْفِقُوْا مِنْ خَيْرٍ يُّوَفَّ اِلَيْكُمْ وَاَنْتُمْ لَا تُظْلَمُوْنَ ٢٧٢

ID Translation Bukanlah kewajibanmu menjadikan mereka mendapat petunjuk, akan tetapi Allah-lah yang memberi petunjuk (memberi taufiq) siapa yang dikehendaki-Nya. Dan apa saja harta yang baik yang kamu nafkahkan (di jalan allah), maka pahalanya itu untuk kamu sendiri. Dan janganlah kamu membelanjakan sesuatu melainkan karena mencari keridhaan Allah. Dan apa saja harta yang baik yang kamu nafkahkan, niscaya kamu akan diberi pahalanya dengan cukup sedang kamu sedikitpun tidak akan dianiaya (dirugikan).

EN Translation It is not for thee [O Prophet] to make people follow the right path, since it is God [alone] who guides whom He wills. And whatever good you may spend on others is for your own good, provided that you spend only out of a longing for God's countenance: for, whatever good you may spend will be repaid unto you in full, and you shall not be wronged.

لِلْفُقَرَاۤءِ الَّذِيْنَ اُحْصِرُوْا فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ لَا يَسْتَطِيْعُوْنَ ضَرْبًا فِى الْاَرْضِۖ يَحْسَبُهُمُ الْجَاهِلُ اَغْنِيَاۤءَ مِنَ التَّعَفُّفِۚ تَعْرِفُهُمْ بِسِيْمٰهُمْۚ لَا يَسْـَٔلُوْنَ النَّاسَ اِلْحَافًا ۗوَمَا تُنْفِقُوْا مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ بِهٖ عَلِيْمٌ ٢٧٣

ID Translation (Berinfaqlah) kepada orang-orang fakir yang terikat (oleh jihad) di jalan Allah; mereka tidak dapat (berusaha) di bumi; orang yang tidak tahu menyangka mereka orang kaya karena memelihara diri dari minta-minta. Kamu kenal mereka dengan melihat sifat-sifatnya, mereka tidak meminta kepada orang secara mendesak. Dan apa saja harta yang baik yang kamu nafkahkan (di jalan Allah), maka sesungguhnya Allah Maha Mengatahui.

EN Translation [And give] unto [such of] the needy who, being wholly wrapped up in God's cause, are unable to go about the earth [in search of livelihood]. He who is unaware [of their condition] might think that they are wealthy, because they abstain [from begging]; [but] thou canst recognize them by their special mark: they do not beg of men with importunity. And whatever good you may spend [on them], verily, God knows it all.

اَلَّذِيْنَ يُنْفِقُوْنَ اَمْوَالَهُمْ بِالَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ سِرًّا وَّعَلَانِيَةً فَلَهُمْ اَجْرُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْۚ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُوْنَ ٢٧٤

ID Translation Orang-orang yang menafkahkan hartanya di malam dan di siang hari secara tersembunyi dan terang-terangan, maka mereka mendapat pahala di sisi Tuhannya. Tidak ada kekhawatiran terhadap mereka dan tidak (pula) mereka bersedih hati.

EN Translation Those who spend their possessions [for the sake of God] by night and by day, secretly and openly, shall have their reward with their Sustainer; and no fear need they have, and neither shall they grieve.

اَلَّذِيْنَ يَأْكُلُوْنَ الرِّبٰوا لَا يَقُوْمُوْنَ اِلَّا كَمَا يَقُوْمُ الَّذِيْ يَتَخَبَّطُهُ الشَّيْطٰنُ مِنَ الْمَسِّۗ ذٰلِكَ بِاَنَّهُمْ قَالُوْٓا اِنَّمَا الْبَيْعُ مِثْلُ الرِّبٰواۘ وَاَحَلَّ اللّٰهُ الْبَيْعَ وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبٰواۗ فَمَنْ جَاۤءَهٗ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّهٖ فَانْتَهٰى فَلَهٗ مَا سَلَفَۗ وَاَمْرُهٗٓ اِلَى اللّٰهِ ۗ وَمَنْ عَادَ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ اَصْحٰبُ النَّارِ ۚ هُمْ فِيْهَا خٰلِدُوْنَ ٢٧٥

ID Translation Orang-orang yang makan (mengambil) riba tidak dapat berdiri melainkan seperti berdirinya orang yang kemasukan syaitan lantaran (tekanan) penyakit gila. Keadaan mereka yang demikian itu, adalah disebabkan mereka berkata (berpendapat), sesungguhnya jual beli itu sama dengan riba, padahal Allah telah menghalalkan jual beli dan mengharamkan riba. Orang-orang yang telah sampai kepadanya larangan dari Tuhannya, lalu terus berhenti (dari mengambil riba), maka baginya apa yang telah diambilnya dahulu (sebelum datang larangan); dan urusannya (terserah) kepada Allah. Orang yang kembali (mengambil riba), maka orang itu adalah penghuni-penghuni neraka; mereka kekal di dalamnya.

EN Translation THOSE who gorge themselves on usury behave but as he might behave whom Satan has confounded with his touch; for they say, "Buying and selling is but a kind of usury" - the while God has made buying and selling lawful and usury unlawful. Hence, whoever becomes aware of his Sustainer's admonition, and thereupon desists [from usury], may keep his past gains, and it will be for God to judge him; but as for those who return to it -they are destined for the fire, therein to abide!

يَمْحَقُ اللّٰهُ الرِّبٰوا وَيُرْبِى الصَّدَقٰتِ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ اَثِيْمٍ ٢٧٦

ID Translation Allah memusnahkan riba dan menyuburkan sedekah. Dan Allah tidak menyukai setiap orang yang tetap dalam kekafiran, dan selalu berbuat dosa.

EN Translation God deprives usurious gains of all blessing, whereas He blesses charitable deeds with manifold increase. And God does not love anyone who is stubbornly ingrate and persists in sinful ways.

اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ وَاَقَامُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَاٰتَوُا الزَّكٰوةَ لَهُمْ اَجْرُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْۚ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُوْنَ ٢٧٧

ID Translation Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang beriman, mengerjakan amal saleh, mendirikan shalat dan menunaikan zakat, mereka mendapat pahala di sisi Tuhannya. Tidak ada kekhawatiran terhadap mereka dan tidak (pula) mereka bersedih hati.

EN Translation Verily, those who have attained to faith and do good works, and are constant in prayer, and dispense charity - they shall have their reward with their Sustainer, and no fear need they have, and neither shall they grieve.

يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ وَذَرُوْا مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الرِّبٰوٓا اِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُّؤْمِنِيْنَ ٢٧٨

ID Translation Hai orang-orang yang beriman, bertakwalah kepada Allah dan tinggalkan sisa riba (yang belum dipungut) jika kamu orang-orang yang beriman.

EN Translation O you who have attained to faith! Remain conscious of God. and give up all outstanding gains from usury, if you are [truly] believers;

فَاِنْ لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوْا فَأْذَنُوْا بِحَرْبٍ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ وَرَسُوْلِهٖۚ وَاِنْ تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُءُوْسُ اَمْوَالِكُمْۚ لَا تَظْلِمُوْنَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُوْنَ ٢٧٩

ID Translation Maka jika kamu tidak mengerjakan (meninggalkan sisa riba), maka ketahuilah, bahwa Allah dan Rasul-Nya akan memerangimu. Dan jika kamu bertaubat (dari pengambilan riba), maka bagimu pokok hartamu; kamu tidak menganiaya dan tidak (pula) dianiaya.

EN Translation for if you do it not, then know that you are at war with God and His Apostle. But if you repent, then you shall be entitled to [the return of] your principal: you will do no wrong, and neither will you be wronged.

وَاِنْ كَانَ ذُوْ عُسْرَةٍ فَنَظِرَةٌ اِلٰى مَيْسَرَةٍ ۗ وَاَنْ تَصَدَّقُوْا خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ ٢٨٠

ID Translation Dan jika (orang yang berhutang itu) dalam kesukaran, maka berilah tangguh sampai dia berkelapangan. Dan menyedekahkan (sebagian atau semua utang) itu, lebih baik bagimu, jika kamu mengetahui.

EN Translation If, however, [the debtor] is in straitened circumstances, [grant him] a delay until a time of ease; and it would be for your own good -if you but knew it -to remit [the debt entirely] by way of charity.

وَاتَّقُوْا يَوْمًا تُرْجَعُوْنَ فِيْهِ اِلَى اللّٰهِ ۗثُمَّ تُوَفّٰى كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّا كَسَبَتْ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُوْنَ ٢٨١

ID Translation Dan peliharalah dirimu dari (azab yang terjadi pada) hari yang pada waktu itu kamu semua dikembalikan kepada Allah. Kemudian masing-masing diri diberi balasan yang sempurna terhadap apa yang telah dikerjakannya, sedang mereka sedikitpun tidak dianiaya (dirugikan).

EN Translation And be conscious of the Day on which you shall be brought back unto God, whereupon every human being shall be repaid in full for what he has earned, and none shall be wronged.

يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْٓا اِذَا تَدَايَنْتُمْ بِدَيْنٍ اِلٰٓى اَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى فَاكْتُبُوْهُۗ وَلْيَكْتُبْ بَّيْنَكُمْ كَاتِبٌۢ بِالْعَدْلِۖ وَلَا يَأْبَ كَاتِبٌ اَنْ يَّكْتُبَ كَمَا عَلَّمَهُ اللّٰهُ فَلْيَكْتُبْۚ وَلْيُمْلِلِ الَّذِيْ عَلَيْهِ الْحَقُّ وَلْيَتَّقِ اللّٰهَ رَبَّهٗ وَلَا يَبْخَسْ مِنْهُ شَيْـًٔاۗ فَاِنْ كَانَ الَّذِيْ عَلَيْهِ الْحَقُّ سَفِيْهًا اَوْ ضَعِيْفًا اَوْ لَا يَسْتَطِيْعُ اَنْ يُّمِلَّ هُوَ فَلْيُمْلِلْ وَلِيُّهٗ بِالْعَدْلِۗ وَاسْتَشْهِدُوْا شَهِيْدَيْنِ مِنْ رِّجَالِكُمْۚ فَاِنْ لَّمْ يَكُوْنَا رَجُلَيْنِ فَرَجُلٌ وَّامْرَاَتٰنِ مِمَّنْ تَرْضَوْنَ مِنَ الشُّهَدَۤاءِ اَنْ تَضِلَّ اِحْدٰىهُمَا فَتُذَكِّرَ اِحْدٰىهُمَا الْاُخْرٰىۗ وَلَا يَأْبَ الشُّهَدَۤاءُ اِذَا مَا دُعُوْا ۗ وَلَا تَسْـَٔمُوْٓا اَنْ تَكْتُبُوْهُ صَغِيْرًا اَوْ كَبِيْرًا اِلٰٓى اَجَلِهٖۗ ذٰلِكُمْ اَقْسَطُ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ وَاَقْوَمُ لِلشَّهَادَةِ وَاَدْنٰىٓ اَلَّا تَرْتَابُوْٓا اِلَّآ اَنْ تَكُوْنَ تِجَارَةً حَاضِرَةً تُدِيْرُوْنَهَا بَيْنَكُمْ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ اَلَّا تَكْتُبُوْهَاۗ وَاَشْهِدُوْٓا اِذَا تَبَايَعْتُمْ ۖ وَلَا يُضَاۤرَّ كَاتِبٌ وَّلَا شَهِيْدٌ ەۗ وَاِنْ تَفْعَلُوْا فَاِنَّهٗ فُسُوْقٌۢ بِكُمْ ۗ وَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ ۗ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ اللّٰهُ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيْمٌ ٢٨٢

ID Translation Hai orang-orang yang beriman, apabila kamu bermu'amalah tidak secara tunai untuk waktu yang ditentukan, hendaklah kamu menuliskannya. Dan hendaklah seorang penulis di antara kamu menuliskannya dengan benar. Dan janganlah penulis enggan menuliskannya sebagaimana Allah mengajarkannya, meka hendaklah ia menulis, dan hendaklah orang yang berhutang itu mengimlakkan (apa yang akan ditulis itu), dan hendaklah ia bertakwa kepada Allah Tuhannya, dan janganlah ia mengurangi sedikitpun daripada hutangnya. Jika yang berhutang itu orang yang lemah akalnya atau lemah (keadaannya) atau dia sendiri tidak mampu mengimlakkan, maka hendaklah walinya mengimlakkan dengan jujur. Dan persaksikanlah dengan dua orang saksi dari orang-orang lelaki (di antaramu). Jika tak ada dua oang lelaki, maka (boleh) seorang lelaki dan dua orang perempuan dari saksi-saksi yang kamu ridhai, supaya jika seorang lupa maka yang seorang mengingatkannya. Janganlah saksi-saksi itu enggan (memberi keterangan) apabila mereka dipanggil; dan janganlah kamu jemu menulis hutang itu, baik kecil maupun besar sampai batas waktu membayarnya. Yang demikian itu, lebih adil di sisi Allah dan lebih menguatkan persaksian dan lebih dekat kepada tidak (menimbulkan) keraguanmu. (Tulislah mu'amalahmu itu), kecuali jika mu'amalah itu perdagangan tunai yang kamu jalankan di antara kamu, maka tidak ada dosa bagi kamu, (jika) kamu tidak menulisnya. Dan persaksikanlah apabila kamu berjual beli; dan janganlah penulis dan saksi saling sulit menyulitkan. Jika kamu lakukan (yang demikian), maka sesungguhnya hal itu adalah suatu kefasikan pada dirimu. Dan bertakwalah kepada Allah; Allah mengajarmu; dan Allah Maha Mengetahui segala sesuatu.

EN Translation O YOU who have attained to faith! Whenever you give or take credit for a stated term, set it down in writing. And let a scribe write it down equitably between you; and no scribe shall refuse to write as God has taught him: thus shall he write. And let him who contracts the debt dictate; and let him be conscious of God, his Sustainer, and not weaken anything of his undertaking. And if he who contracts the debt is weak of mind or body, or, is not able to dictate himself, then let him who watches over his interests dictate equitably. And call upon two of your men to act as witnesses; and if two men are not available, then a man and two women from among such as are acceptable to you as witnesses, so that if one of them should make a mistake, the other could remind her. And the witnesses must not refuse [to give evidence] whenever they are called upon. And be not loath to write down every contractual provision, be it small or great, together with the time at which it falls due; this is more equitable in the sight of God, more reliable as evidence, and more likely to prevent you from having doubts [later]. If, however, [the transaction] concerns ready merchandise which you transfer directly unto one another, you will incur no sin if you do not write it down. And have witnesses whenever you trade with one another, but neither scribe nor witness must suffer harm; for if you do [them harm], behold, it will be sinful conduct on your part. And remain conscious of God, since it is God who teaches you [herewith] - and God has full knowledge of everything.

۞ وَاِنْ كُنْتُمْ عَلٰى سَفَرٍ وَّلَمْ تَجِدُوْا كَاتِبًا فَرِهٰنٌ مَّقْبُوْضَةٌ ۗفَاِنْ اَمِنَ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًا فَلْيُؤَدِّ الَّذِى اؤْتُمِنَ اَمَانَتَهٗ وَلْيَتَّقِ اللّٰهَ رَبَّهٗ ۗ وَلَا تَكْتُمُوا الشَّهَادَةَۗ وَمَنْ يَّكْتُمْهَا فَاِنَّهٗٓ اٰثِمٌ قَلْبُهٗ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ عَلِيْمٌ ٢٨٣

ID Translation Jika kamu dalam perjalanan (dan bermu'amalah tidak secara tunai) sedang kamu tidak memperoleh seorang penulis, maka hendaklah ada barang tanggungan yang dipegang (oleh yang berpiutang). Akan tetapi jika sebagian kamu mempercayai sebagian yang lain, maka hendaklah yang dipercayai itu menunaikan amanatnya (hutangnya) dan hendaklah ia bertakwa kepada Allah Tuhannya; dan janganlah kamu (para saksi) menyembunyikan persaksian. Dan barangsiapa yang menyembunyikannya, maka sesungguhnya ia adalah orang yang berdosa hatinya; dan Allah Maha Mengetahui apa yang kamu kerjakan.

EN Translation And if you are on a journey and cannot find a scribe, pledges [may be taken] in hand: but if you trust one another, then let him who is trusted fulfil his trust, and let him be conscious of God, his Sustainer. And do not conceal what you have witnessed - for, verily, he who conceals it is sinful at heart; and God has full knowledge of all that you do.

لِلّٰهِ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِ ۗ وَاِنْ تُبْدُوْا مَا فِيْٓ اَنْفُسِكُمْ اَوْ تُخْفُوْهُ يُحَاسِبْكُمْ بِهِ اللّٰهُ ۗ فَيَغْفِرُ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ ٢٨٤

ID Translation Kepunyaan Allah-lah segala apa yang ada di langit dan apa yang ada di bumi. Dan jika kamu melahirkan apa yang ada di dalam hatimu atau kamu menyembunyikan, niscaya Allah akan membuat perhitungan dengan kamu tentang perbuatanmu itu. Maka Allah mengampuni siapa yang dikehendaki-Nya dan menyiksa siapa yang dikehendaki-Nya; dan Allah Maha Kuasa atas segala sesuatu.

EN Translation Unto God belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth. And whether you bring into the open what is in your minds or conceal it, God will call you to account for it; and then He will forgive whom He wills, and will chastise whom He wills: for God has the power to will anything.

اٰمَنَ الرَّسُوْلُ بِمَآ اُنْزِلَ اِلَيْهِ مِنْ رَّبِّهٖ وَالْمُؤْمِنُوْنَۗ كُلٌّ اٰمَنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَمَلٰۤىِٕكَتِهٖ وَكُتُبِهٖ وَرُسُلِهٖۗ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ اَحَدٍ مِّنْ رُّسُلِهٖ ۗ وَقَالُوْا سَمِعْنَا وَاَطَعْنَا غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَاِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيْرُ ٢٨٥

ID Translation Rasul telah beriman kepada Al Quran yang diturunkan kepadanya dari Tuhannya, demikian pula orang-orang yang beriman. Semuanya beriman kepada Allah, malaikat-malaikat-Nya, kitab-kitab-Nya dan rasul-rasul-Nya. (Mereka mengatakan): "Kami tidak membeda-bedakan antara seseorangpun (dengan yang lain) dari rasul-rasul-Nya", dan mereka mengatakan: "Kami dengar dan kami taat". (Mereka berdoa): "Ampunilah kami ya Tuhan kami dan kepada Engkaulah tempat kembali".

EN Translation THE APOSTLE, and the believers with him, believe in what has been bestowed upon him from on high by his Sustainer: they all believe in God, and His angels, and His revelations, and His apostles, making no distinction between any of His apostles; and they say: We have heard, and we pay heed. Grant us Thy forgiveness, O our Sustainer, for with Thee is all journeys' end!

لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللّٰهُ نَفْسًا اِلَّا وُسْعَهَا ۗ لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا اكْتَسَبَتْ ۗ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَآ اِنْ نَّسِيْنَآ اَوْ اَخْطَأْنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَآ اِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهٗ عَلَى الَّذِيْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهٖۚ وَاعْفُ عَنَّاۗ وَاغْفِرْ لَنَاۗ وَارْحَمْنَا ۗ اَنْتَ مَوْلٰىنَا فَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكٰفِرِيْنَ ٢٨٦

ID Translation Allah tidak membebani seseorang melainkan sesuai dengan kesanggupannya. Ia mendapat pahala (dari kebajikan) yang diusahakannya dan ia mendapat siksa (dari kejahatan) yang dikerjakannya. (Mereka berdoa): "Ya Tuhan kami, janganlah Engkau hukum kami jika kami lupa atau kami tersalah. Ya Tuhan kami, janganlah Engkau bebankan kepada kami beban yang berat sebagaimana Engkau bebankan kepada orang-orang sebelum kami. Ya Tuhan kami, janganlah Engkau pikulkan kepada kami apa yang tak sanggup kami memikulnya. Beri maaflah kami; ampunilah kami; dan rahmatilah kami. Engkaulah Penolong kami, maka tolonglah kami terhadap kaum yang kafir".

EN Translation God does not burden any human being with more than he is well able to bear: in his favour shall be whatever good he does, and against him whatever evil he does. O our Sustainer! Take us not to task if we forget or unwittingly do wrong! "O our Sustainer! Lay not upon us a burden such as Thou didst lay upon those who lived before us! O our Sustainer! Make us not bear burdens which we have no strength to bear! "And efface Thou our sins, and grant us forgiveness, and bestow Thy mercy upon us! Thou art our Lord Supreme: succour us, then, against people who deny the truth!"

الۤمّۤ ١

ID Translation Alif laam miim.

EN Translation Alif. Lam. Mim.

اَللّٰهُ لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّوْمُۗ ٢

ID Translation Allah, tidak ada Tuhan (yang berhak disembah) melainkan Dia. Yang hidup kekal lagi terus menerus mengurus makhluk-Nya.

EN Translation GOD - there is no deity save Him, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsistent Fount of All Being!

نَزَّلَ عَلَيْكَ الْكِتٰبَ بِالْحَقِّ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَاَنْزَلَ التَّوْرٰىةَ وَالْاِنْجِيْلَۙ ٣

ID Translation Dia menurunkan Al Kitab (Al Quran) kepadamu dengan sebenarnya; membenarkan kitab yang telah diturunkan sebelumnya dan menurunkan Taurat dan Injil,

EN Translation Step by step has He bestowed upon thee from on high this divine writ, setting forth the truth which confirms whatever there still remains [of earlier revelations]: for it is He who has bestowed from on high the Torah and the Gospel

مِنْ قَبْلُ هُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ وَاَنْزَلَ الْفُرْقَانَ ەۗ اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا بِاٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيْدٌ ۗوَاللّٰهُ عَزِيْزٌ ذُو انْتِقَامٍۗ ٤

ID Translation sebelum (Al Quran), menjadi petunjuk bagi manusia, dan Dia menurunkan Al Furqaan. Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang kafir terhadap ayat-ayat Allah akan memperoleh siksa yang berat; dan Allah Maha Perkasa lagi mempunyai balasan (siksa).

EN Translation aforetime, as a guidance unto mankind, and it is He who has bestowed [upon man] the standard by which to discern the true from the false. Behold, as for those who are bent on denying God's messages - grievous suffering awaits them: for God is almighty, an avenger of evil.

اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يَخْفٰى عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ فِى الْاَرْضِ وَلَا فِى السَّمَاۤءِ ٥

ID Translation Sesungguhnya bagi Allah tidak ada satupun yang tersembunyi di bumi dan tidak (pula) di langit.

EN Translation Verily, nothing on earth or in the heavens is hidden from God.

هُوَ الَّذِيْ يُصَوِّرُكُمْ فِى الْاَرْحَامِ كَيْفَ يَشَاۤءُ ۗ لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ الْعَزِيْزُ الْحَكِيْمُ ٦

ID Translation Dialah yang membentuk kamu dalam rahim sebagaimana dikehendaki-Nya. Tak ada Tuhan (yang berhak disembah) melainkan Dia, Yang Maha Perkasa lagi Maha Bijaksana.

EN Translation He it is who shapes you in the wombs as He wills. There is no deity save Him, the Almighty, the Truly Wise.

هُوَ الَّذِيْٓ اَنْزَلَ عَلَيْكَ الْكِتٰبَ مِنْهُ اٰيٰتٌ مُّحْكَمٰتٌ هُنَّ اُمُّ الْكِتٰبِ وَاُخَرُ مُتَشٰبِهٰتٌ ۗ فَاَمَّا الَّذِيْنَ فِيْ قُلُوْبِهِمْ زَيْغٌ فَيَتَّبِعُوْنَ مَا تَشَابَهَ مِنْهُ ابْتِغَاۤءَ الْفِتْنَةِ وَابْتِغَاۤءَ تَأْوِيْلِهٖۚ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ تَأْوِيْلَهٗٓ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ ۘوَالرَّاسِخُوْنَ فِى الْعِلْمِ يَقُوْلُوْنَ اٰمَنَّا بِهٖۙ كُلٌّ مِّنْ عِنْدِ رَبِّنَا ۚ وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ اِلَّآ اُولُوا الْاَلْبَابِ ٧

ID Translation Dialah yang menurunkan Al Kitab (Al Quran) kepada kamu. Di antara (isi)nya ada ayat-ayat yang muhkamaat, itulah pokok-pokok isi Al qur'an dan yang lain (ayat-ayat) mutasyaabihaat. Adapun orang-orang yang dalam hatinya condong kepada kesesatan, maka mereka mengikuti sebahagian ayat-ayat yang mutasyaabihaat daripadanya untuk menimbulkan fitnah untuk mencari-cari ta'wilnya, padahal tidak ada yang mengetahui ta'wilnya melainkan Allah. Dan orang-orang yang mendalam ilmunya berkata: "Kami beriman kepada ayat-ayat yang mutasyaabihaat, semuanya itu dari sisi Tuhan kami". Dan tidak dapat mengambil pelajaran (daripadanya) melainkan orang-orang yang berakal.

EN Translation He it is who has bestowed upon thee from on high this divine writ, containing messages that are clear in and by themselves - and these are the essence of the divine writ - as well as others that are allegorical. Now those whose hearts are given to swerving from the truth go after that part of the divine writ which has been expressed in allegory, seeking out [what is bound to create] confusion, and seeking [to arrive at] its final meaning [in an arbitrary manner]; but none save God knows its final meaning. Hence, those who are deeply rooted in knowledge say: "We believe in it; the whole [of the divine writ] is from our Sustainer - albeit none takes this to heart save those who are endowed with insight.

رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوْبَنَا بَعْدَ اِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِنْ لَّدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً ۚاِنَّكَ اَنْتَ الْوَهَّابُ ٨

ID Translation (Mereka berdoa): "Ya Tuhan kami, janganlah Engkau jadikan hati kami condong kepada kesesatan sesudah Engkau beri petunjuk kepada kami, dan karuniakanlah kepada kami rahmat dari sisi Engkau; karena sesungguhnya Engkau-lah Maha Pemberi (karunia)".

EN Translation "O our Sustainer! Let not our hearts swerve from the truth after Thou hast guided us; and bestow upon us the gift of Thy grace: verily, Thou art the [true] Giver of Gifts.

رَبَّنَآ اِنَّكَ جَامِعُ النَّاسِ لِيَوْمٍ لَّا رَيْبَ فِيْهِ ۗاِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يُخْلِفُ الْمِيْعَادَ ٩

ID Translation "Ya Tuhan kami, sesungguhnya Engkau mengumpulkan manusia untuk (menerima pembalasan pada) hari yang tak ada keraguan padanya". Sesungguhnya Allah tidak menyalahi janji.

EN Translation "O our Sustainer! Verily, Thou wilt gather mankind together to witness the Day about [the coming of] which there is no doubt: verily, God never fails to fulfil His promise."

اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا لَنْ تُغْنِيَ عَنْهُمْ اَمْوَالُهُمْ وَلَآ اَوْلَادُهُمْ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ شَيْـًٔا ۗوَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ هُمْ وَقُوْدُ النَّارِۗ ١٠

ID Translation Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang kafir, harta benda dan anak-anak mereka, sedikitpun tidak dapat menolak (siksa) Allah dari mereka. Dan mereka itu adalah bahan bakar api neraka,

EN Translation BEHOLD, as for those who are bent on denying the truth - neither their worldly possessions nor their offspring will in the least avail them against God; and it is they, they who shall be the fuel of the fire!

كَدَأْبِ اٰلِ فِرْعَوْنَۙ وَالَّذِيْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْۗ كَذَّبُوْا بِاٰيٰتِنَاۚ فَاَخَذَهُمُ اللّٰهُ بِذُنُوْبِهِمْ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ شَدِيْدُ الْعِقَابِ ١١

ID Translation (keadaan mereka) adalah sebagai keadaan kaum Fir'aun dan orang-orang yang sebelumnya; mereka mendustakan ayat-ayat Kami; karena itu Allah menyiksa mereka disebabkan dosa-dosa mereka. Dan Allah sangat keras siksa-Nya.

EN Translation [To them shall - happen] the like of what happened to Pharaoh's people and those who lived before them: they gave the lie to Our messages - and so God took them to task for their sins: for God is severe in retribution.

قُلْ لِّلَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا سَتُغْلَبُوْنَ وَتُحْشَرُوْنَ اِلٰى جَهَنَّمَ ۗ وَبِئْسَ الْمِهَادُ ١٢

ID Translation Katakanlah kepada orang-orang yang kafir: "Kamu pasti akan dikalahkan (di dunia ini) dan akan digiring ke dalam neraka Jahannam. Dan itulah tempat yang seburuk-buruknya".

EN Translation Say unto those who are bent on denying the truth: "You shall be overcome and gathered unto hell - and how evil a resting-place!"

قَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ اٰيَةٌ فِيْ فِئَتَيْنِ الْتَقَتَا ۗفِئَةٌ تُقَاتِلُ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ وَاُخْرٰى كَافِرَةٌ يَّرَوْنَهُمْ مِّثْلَيْهِمْ رَأْيَ الْعَيْنِ ۗوَاللّٰهُ يُؤَيِّدُ بِنَصْرِهٖ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗ اِنَّ فِيْ ذٰلِكَ لَعِبْرَةً لِّاُولِى الْاَبْصَارِ ١٣

ID Translation Sesungguhnya telah ada tanda bagi kamu pada dua golongan yang telah bertemu (bertempur). Segolongan berperang di jalan Allah dan (segolongan) yang lain kafir yang dengan mata kepala melihat (seakan-akan) orang-orang muslimin dua kali jumlah mereka. Allah menguatkan dengan bantuan-Nya siapa yang dikehendaki-Nya. Sesungguhnya pada yang demikian itu terdapat pelajaran bagi orang-orang yang mempunyai mata hati.

EN Translation You have already had a sign in the two hosts that met in battle, one host fighting in God's cause and the other denying Him; with their own eyes [the former] saw the others as twice their own number: but God strengthens with His succour whom He wills. In this, behold, there is indeed a lesson for all who have eyes to see.

زُيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ حُبُّ الشَّهَوٰتِ مِنَ النِّسَاۤءِ وَالْبَنِيْنَ وَالْقَنَاطِيْرِ الْمُقَنْطَرَةِ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ وَالْخَيْلِ الْمُسَوَّمَةِ وَالْاَنْعَامِ وَالْحَرْثِ ۗ ذٰلِكَ مَتَاعُ الْحَيٰوةِ الدُّنْيَا ۗوَاللّٰهُ عِنْدَهٗ حُسْنُ الْمَاٰبِ ١٤

ID Translation Dijadikan indah pada (pandangan) manusia kecintaan kepada apa-apa yang diingini, yaitu: wanita-wanita, anak-anak, harta yang banyak dari jenis emas, perak, kuda pilihan, binatang-binatang ternak dan sawah ladang. Itulah kesenangan hidup di dunia, dan di sisi Allah-lah tempat kembali yang baik (surga).

EN Translation ALLURING unto man is the enjoyment of worldly desires through women, and children, and heaped-up treasures of gold and silver, and horses of high mark, and cattle, and lands. All this may be enjoyed in the life of this world - but the most beauteous of all goals is with God.

۞ قُلْ اَؤُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِخَيْرٍ مِّنْ ذٰلِكُمْ ۗ لِلَّذِيْنَ اتَّقَوْا عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ جَنّٰتٌ تَجْرِيْ مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْاَنْهٰرُ خٰلِدِيْنَ فِيْهَا وَاَزْوَاجٌ مُّطَهَّرَةٌ وَّرِضْوَانٌ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ بَصِيْرٌۢ بِالْعِبَادِۚ ١٥

ID Translation Katakanlah: "Inginkah aku kabarkan kepadamu apa yang lebih baik dari yang demikian itu?". Untuk orang-orang yang bertakwa (kepada Allah), pada sisi Tuhan mereka ada surga yang mengalir dibawahnya sungai-sungai; mereka kekal didalamnya. Dan (mereka dikaruniai) isteri-isteri yang disucikan serta keridhaan Allah. Dan Allah Maha Melihat akan hamba-hamba-Nya.

EN Translation Say: "Shall I tell you of better things than those [earthly joys]? For the God-conscious there are, with their Sustainer, gardens through which running waters flow, therein to abide, and spouses pure, and God's goodly acceptance." And God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His servants -

اَلَّذِيْنَ يَقُوْلُوْنَ رَبَّنَآ اِنَّنَآ اٰمَنَّا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوْبَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِۚ ١٦

ID Translation (Yaitu) orang-orang yang berdoa: Ya Tuhan kami, sesungguhnya kami telah beriman, maka ampunilah segala dosa kami dan peliharalah kami dari siksa neraka,"

EN Translation those who say, "O our Sustainer! Behold, we believe [in Thee]; forgive us, then, our sins, and keep us safe from suffering through the fire" -:

اَلصّٰبِرِيْنَ وَالصّٰدِقِيْنَ وَالْقٰنِتِيْنَ وَالْمُنْفِقِيْنَ وَالْمُسْتَغْفِرِيْنَ بِالْاَسْحَارِ ١٧

ID Translation (yaitu) orang-orang yang sabar, yang benar, yang tetap taat, yang menafkahkan hartanya (di jalan Allah), dan yang memohon ampun di waktu sahur.

EN Translation those who are patient in adversity, and true to their word, and truly devout, and who spend [in God's way], and pray for forgiveness from their innermost hearts.

شَهِدَ اللّٰهُ اَنَّهٗ لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَۙ وَالْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةُ وَاُولُوا الْعِلْمِ قَاۤىِٕمًاۢ بِالْقِسْطِۗ لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ الْعَزِيْزُ الْحَكِيْمُ ١٨

ID Translation Allah menyatakan bahwasanya tidak ada Tuhan melainkan Dia (yang berhak disembah), Yang menegakkan keadilan. Para Malaikat dan orang-orang yang berilmu (juga menyatakan yang demikian itu). Tak ada Tuhan melainkan Dia (yang berhak disembah), Yang Maha Perkasa lagi Maha Bijaksana.

EN Translation GOD [Himself] proffers evidence - and [so do] the angels and all who are endowed with knowledge - that there is no deity save Him, the Upholder of Equity: there is no deity save Him, the Almighty, the Truly Wise.

اِنَّ الدِّيْنَ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ الْاِسْلَامُ ۗ وَمَا اخْتَلَفَ الَّذِيْنَ اُوْتُوا الْكِتٰبَ اِلَّا مِنْۢ بَعْدِ مَا جَاۤءَهُمُ الْعِلْمُ بَغْيًاۢ بَيْنَهُمْ ۗوَمَنْ يَّكْفُرْ بِاٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ سَرِيْعُ الْحِسَابِ ١٩

ID Translation Sesungguhnya agama (yang diridhai) disisi Allah hanyalah Islam. Tiada berselisih orang-orang yang telah diberi Al Kitab kecuali sesudah datang pengetahuan kepada mereka, karena kedengkian (yang ada) di antara mereka. Barangsiapa yang kafir terhadap ayat-ayat Allah maka sesungguhnya Allah sangat cepat hisab-Nya.

EN Translation Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning!

فَاِنْ حَاۤجُّوْكَ فَقُلْ اَسْلَمْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلّٰهِ وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَنِ ۗوَقُلْ لِّلَّذِيْنَ اُوْتُوا الْكِتٰبَ وَالْاُمِّيّٖنَ ءَاَسْلَمْتُمْ ۗ فَاِنْ اَسْلَمُوْا فَقَدِ اهْتَدَوْا ۚ وَاِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَاِنَّمَا عَلَيْكَ الْبَلٰغُ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ بَصِيْرٌۢ بِالْعِبَادِ ٢٠

ID Translation Kemudian jika mereka mendebat kamu (tentang kebenaran Islam), maka katakanlah: "Aku menyerahkan diriku kepada Allah dan (demikian pula) orang-orang yang mengikutiku". Dan katakanlah kepada orang-orang yang telah diberi Al Kitab dan kepada orang-orang yang ummi: "Apakah kamu (mau) masuk Islam". Jika mereka masuk Islam, sesungguhnya mereka telah mendapat petunjuk, dan jika mereka berpaling, maka kewajiban kamu hanyalah menyampaikan (ayat-ayat Allah). Dan Allah Maha Melihat akan hamba-hamba-Nya.

EN Translation Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures.

اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ يَكْفُرُوْنَ بِاٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ وَيَقْتُلُوْنَ النَّبِيّٖنَ بِغَيْرِحَقٍّۖ وَّيَقْتُلُوْنَ الَّذِيْنَ يَأْمُرُوْنَ بِالْقِسْطِ مِنَ النَّاسِۙ فَبَشِّرْهُمْ بِعَذَابٍ اَلِيْمٍ ٢١

ID Translation Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang kafir kepada ayat-ayat Allah dan membunuh para nabi yang memamg tak dibenarkan dan membunuh orang-orang yang menyuruh manusia berbuat adil, maka gembirakanlah mereka bahwa mereka akan menerima siksa yg pedih.

EN Translation Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement.

اُولٰۤىِٕكَ الَّذِيْنَ حَبِطَتْ اَعْمَالُهُمْ فِى الدُّنْيَا وَالْاٰخِرَةِ ۖ وَمَا لَهُمْ مِّنْ نّٰصِرِيْنَ ٢٢

ID Translation Mereka itu adalah orang-orang yang lenyap (pahala) amal-amalnya di dunia dan akhirat, dan mereka sekali-kali tidak memperoleh penolong.

EN Translation It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them.

اَلَمْ تَرَ اِلَى الَّذِيْنَ اُوْتُوْا نَصِيْبًا مِّنَ الْكِتٰبِ يُدْعَوْنَ اِلٰى كِتٰبِ اللّٰهِ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ يَتَوَلّٰى فَرِيْقٌ مِّنْهُمْ وَهُمْ مُّعْرِضُوْنَ ٢٣

ID Translation Tidakkah kamu memperhatikan orang-orang yang telah diberi bahagian yaitu Al Kitab (Taurat), mereka diseru kepada kitab Allah supaya kitab itu menetapkan hukum diantara mereka; kemudian sebahagian dari mereka berpaling, dan mereka selalu membelakangi (kebenaran).

EN Translation Art thou not aware of those who have been granted their share of revelation [aforetime]? They have been called upon to let God's writ be their law - and yet some of them turn away [from it] in their obstinacy,

ذٰلِكَ بِاَنَّهُمْ قَالُوْا لَنْ تَمَسَّنَا النَّارُ اِلَّآ اَيَّامًا مَّعْدُوْدٰتٍ ۖ وَّغَرَّهُمْ فِيْ دِيْنِهِمْ مَّا كَانُوْا يَفْتَرُوْنَ ٢٤

ID Translation Hal itu adalah karena mereka mengaku: "Kami tidak akan disentuh oleh api neraka kecuali beberapa hari yang dapat dihitung". Mereka diperdayakan dalam agama mereka oleh apa yang selalu mereka ada-adakan.

EN Translation simply because they claim, "The fire will most certainly not touch us for more than a limited number of days": and thus the false beliefs which they invented have [in time] caused them to betray their faith.

فَكَيْفَ اِذَا جَمَعْنٰهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ لَّا رَيْبَ فِيْهِۗ وَوُفِّيَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّا كَسَبَتْ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُوْنَ ٢٥

ID Translation Bagaimanakah nanti apabila mereka Kami kumpulkan di hari (kiamat) yang tidak ada keraguan tentang adanya. Dan disempurnakan kepada tiap-tiap diri balasan apa yang diusahakannya sedang mereka tidak dianiaya (dirugikan).

EN Translation How, then, [will they fare] when We shall gather them all together to witness the Day about [the coming of] which there is no doubt, and every human being shall be repaid in full for what he has done, and none shall be wronged?

قُلِ اللهم مٰلِكَ الْمُلْكِ تُؤْتِى الْمُلْكَ مَنْ تَشَاۤءُ وَتَنْزِعُ الْمُلْكَ مِمَّنْ تَشَاۤءُۖ وَتُعِزُّ مَنْ تَشَاۤءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَنْ تَشَاۤءُ ۗ بِيَدِكَ الْخَيْرُ ۗ اِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ ٢٦

ID Translation Katakanlah: "Wahai Tuhan Yang mempunyai kerajaan, Engkau berikan kerajaan kepada orang yang Engkau kehendaki dan Engkau cabut kerajaan dari orang yang Engkau kehendaki. Engkau muliakan orang yang Engkau kehendaki dan Engkau hinakan orang yang Engkau kehendaki. Di tangan Engkaulah segala kebajikan. Sesungguhnya Engkau Maha Kuasa atas segala sesuatu.

EN Translation SAY: "O God, Lord of all dominion! Thou grantest dominion unto whom Thou willest, and takest away dominion from whom Thou willest; and Thou exaltest whom Thou willest, and abasest whom Thou willest. In Thy hand is all good. Verily, Thou hast the power to will anything.

تُوْلِجُ الَّيْلَ فِى النَّهَارِ وَتُوْلِجُ النَّهَارَ فِى الَّيْلِ وَتُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَتُخْرِجُ الْمَيِّتَ مِنَ الْحَيِّ وَتَرْزُقُ مَنْ تَشَاۤءُ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ ٢٧

ID Translation Engkau masukkan malam ke dalam siang dan Engkau masukkan siang ke dalam malam. Engkau keluarkan yang hidup dari yang mati, dan Engkau keluarkan yang mati dari yang hidup. Dan Engkau beri rezeki siapa yang Engkau kehendaki tanpa hisab (batas)".

EN Translation "Thou makest the night grow longer by shortening the day, and Thou makest the day grow longer by shortening the night. And Thou bringest forth the living out of that which is dead, and Thou bringest forth the dead out of that which is alive. And Thou grantest sustenance unto whom `Thou willest, beyond all reckoning."

لَا يَتَّخِذِ الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ الْكٰفِرِيْنَ اَوْلِيَاۤءَ مِنْ دُوْنِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَۚ وَمَنْ يَّفْعَلْ ذٰلِكَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَ اللّٰهِ فِيْ شَيْءٍ اِلَّآ اَنْ تَتَّقُوْا مِنْهُمْ تُقٰىةً ۗ وَيُحَذِّرُكُمُ اللّٰهُ نَفْسَهٗ ۗ وَاِلَى اللّٰهِ الْمَصِيْرُ ٢٨

ID Translation Janganlah orang-orang mukmin mengambil orang-orang kafir menjadi wali dengan meninggalkan orang-orang mukmin. Barang siapa berbuat demikian, niscaya lepaslah ia dari pertolongan Allah, kecuali karena (siasat) memelihara diri dari sesuatu yang ditakuti dari mereka. Dan Allah memperingatkan kamu terhadap diri (siksa)-Nya. Dan hanya kepada Allah kembali(mu).

EN Translation LET NOT the believers take those who deny the truth for their allies in preference to the believers - since he who does this cuts himself off from God in everything - unless it be to protect yourselves against them in this way. But God warns you to beware of Him: for with God is all journeys' end.

قُلْ اِنْ تُخْفُوْا مَا فِيْ صُدُوْرِكُمْ اَوْ تُبْدُوْهُ يَعْلَمْهُ اللّٰهُ ۗوَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِۗ وَاللّٰهُ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ ٢٩

ID Translation Katakanlah: "Jika kamu menyembunyikan apa yang ada dalam hatimu atau kamu melahirkannya, pasti Allah mengetahui". Allah mengetahui apa-apa yang ada di langit dan apa-apa yang ada di bumi. Dan Allah Maha Kuasa atas segala sesuatu.

EN Translation Say: "Whether you conceal what is in your hearts or bring it into the open, God knows it: for He knows all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and God has the power to will anything."

يَوْمَ تَجِدُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّا عَمِلَتْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مُّحْضَرًا ۛوَمَا عَمِلَتْ مِنْ سُوْۤءٍ ۛ تَوَدُّ لَوْ اَنَّ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَهٗٓ اَمَدًاۢ بَعِيْدًا ۗوَيُحَذِّرُكُمُ اللّٰهُ نَفْسَهٗ ۗوَاللّٰهُ رَءُوْفٌۢ بِالْعِبَادِ ٣٠

ID Translation Pada hari ketika tiap-tiap diri mendapati segala kebajikan dihadapkan (dimukanya), begitu (juga) kejahatan yang telah dikerjakannya; ia ingin kalau kiranya antara ia dengan hari itu ada masa yang jauh; dan Allah memperingatkan kamu terhadap siksa-Nya. Dan Allah sangat Penyayang kepada hamba-hamba-Nya.

EN Translation On the Day when every human being will find himself faced with all the good that he has done, and with all the evil that he has done, [many a one] will wish that there were a long span of time between himself and that [Day]. Hence, God warns you to beware of Him; but God is most compassionate towards His creatures.

قُلْ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُحِبُّوْنَ اللّٰهَ فَاتَّبِعُوْنِيْ يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللّٰهُ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوْبَكُمْ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ ٣١

ID Translation Katakanlah: "Jika kamu (benar-benar) mencintai Allah, ikutilah aku, niscaya Allah mengasihi dan mengampuni dosa-dosamu". Allah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang.

EN Translation Say [O Prophet]: "If you love God, follow me, [and] God will love you and forgive you your sins; for God is much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace."

قُلْ اَطِيْعُوا اللّٰهَ وَالرَّسُوْلَ ۚ فَاِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكٰفِرِيْنَ ٣٢

ID Translation Katakanlah: "Taatilah Allah dan Rasul-Nya; jika kamu berpaling, maka sesungguhnya Allah tidak menyukai orang-orang kafir".

EN Translation Say: “Pay heed unto God and the Apostle.” And if they turn away - verely, God does not love those who deny the truth.

۞ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ اصْطَفٰىٓ اٰدَمَ وَنُوْحًا وَّاٰلَ اِبْرٰهِيْمَ وَاٰلَ عِمْرَانَ عَلَى الْعٰلَمِيْنَۙ ٣٣

ID Translation Sesungguhnya Allah telah memilih Adam, Nuh, keluarga Ibrahim dan keluarga 'Imran melebihi segala umat (di masa mereka masing-masing),

EN Translation BEHOLD, God raised Adam, and Noah, and the House of Abraham, and the House of `Imran above all mankind,

ذُرِّيَّةً ۢ بَعْضُهَا مِنْۢ بَعْضٍۗ وَاللّٰهُ سَمِيْعٌ عَلِيْمٌۚ ٣٤

ID Translation (sebagai) satu keturunan yang sebagiannya (turunan) dari yang lain. Dan Allah Maha Mendengar lagi Maha Mengetahui.

EN Translation in one line of descent. And God was all-hearing, all-knowing

اِذْ قَالَتِ امْرَاَتُ عِمْرَانَ رَبِّ اِنِّيْ نَذَرْتُ لَكَ مَا فِيْ بَطْنِيْ مُحَرَّرًا فَتَقَبَّلْ مِنِّيْ ۚ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ السَّمِيْعُ الْعَلِيْمُ ٣٥

ID Translation (Ingatlah), ketika isteri 'Imran berkata: "Ya Tuhanku, sesungguhnya aku menazarkan kepada Engkau anak yang dalam kandunganku menjadi hamba yang saleh dan berkhidmat (di Baitul Maqdis). Karena itu terimalah (nazar) itu dari padaku. Sesungguhnya Engkaulah Yang Maha Mendengar lagi Maha Mengetahui".

EN Translation when a woman of [the House of] `Imran prayed: "O my Sustainer! Behold, unto Thee do I vow [the child] that is in, my womb, to be devoted to Thy service. Accept it, then, from me: verily, Thou alone art all-hearing, all-knowing!"

فَلَمَّا وَضَعَتْهَا قَالَتْ رَبِّ اِنِّيْ وَضَعْتُهَآ اُنْثٰىۗ وَاللّٰهُ اَعْلَمُ بِمَا وَضَعَتْۗ وَلَيْسَ الذَّكَرُ كَالْاُنْثٰى ۚ وَاِنِّيْ سَمَّيْتُهَا مَرْيَمَ وَاِنِّيْٓ اُعِيْذُهَا بِكَ وَذُرِّيَّتَهَا مِنَ الشَّيْطٰنِ الرَّجِيْمِ ٣٦

ID Translation Maka tatkala isteri 'Imran melahirkan anaknya, diapun berkata: "Ya Tuhanku, sesunguhnya aku melahirkannya seorang anak perempuan; dan Allah lebih mengetahui apa yang dilahirkannya itu; dan anak laki-laki tidaklah seperti anak perempuan. Sesungguhnya aku telah menamai dia Maryam dan aku mohon perlindungan untuknya serta anak-anak keturunannya kepada (pemeliharaan) Engkau daripada syaitan yang terkutuk".

EN Translation But when she had given birth to the child, she said: "O my Sustainer! Behold, I have given birth to a female" - the while God had been fully aware of what she would give birth to, and [fully aware] that no male child [she might have hoped for] could ever have been like this female - "and I have named her Mary. And, verily, I seek Thy protection for her and her offspring against Satan, the accursed."

فَتَقَبَّلَهَا رَبُّهَا بِقَبُوْلٍ حَسَنٍ وَّاَنْۢبَتَهَا نَبَاتًا حَسَنًاۖ وَّكَفَّلَهَا زَكَرِيَّا ۗ كُلَّمَا دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا زَكَرِيَّا الْمِحْرَابَۙ وَجَدَ عِنْدَهَا رِزْقًا ۚ قَالَ يٰمَرْيَمُ اَنّٰى لَكِ هٰذَا ۗ قَالَتْ هُوَ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللّٰهِ ۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يَرْزُقُ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ ٣٧

ID Translation Maka Tuhannya menerimanya (sebagai nazar) dengan penerimaan yang baik, dan mendidiknya dengan pendidikan yang baik dan Allah menjadikan Zakariya pemeliharanya. Setiap Zakariya masuk untuk menemui Maryam di mihrab, ia dapati makanan di sisinya. Zakariya berkata: "Hai Maryam dari mana kamu memperoleh (makanan) ini?" Maryam menjawab: "Makanan itu dari sisi Allah". Sesungguhnya Allah memberi rezeki kepada siapa yang dikehendaki-Nya tanpa hisab.

EN Translation And thereupon her Sustainer accepted the girl-child with goodly acceptance, and caused her to grow up in goodly growth, and placed her in the care of Zachariah. Whenever Zachariah visited her in the sanctuary, he found her provided with food. He would ask: "O Mary, whence came this unto thee?" She would answer: "It is from God; behold, God grants sustenance unto whom He wills, beyond all reckoning."

هُنَالِكَ دَعَا زَكَرِيَّا رَبَّهٗ ۚ قَالَ رَبِّ هَبْ لِيْ مِنْ لَّدُنْكَ ذُرِّيَّةً طَيِّبَةً ۚ اِنَّكَ سَمِيْعُ الدُّعَاۤءِ ٣٨

ID Translation Di sanalah Zakariya mendoa kepada Tuhannya seraya berkata: "Ya Tuhanku, berilah aku dari sisi Engkau seorang anak yang baik. Sesungguhnya Engkau Maha Pendengar doa".

EN Translation In that self-same place, Zachariah prayed unto his Sustainer, saying: "O my Sustainer! Bestow upon me [too], out of Thy grace, the gift of goodly offspring; for Thou, indeed, hearest all prayer."

فَنَادَتْهُ الْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةُ وَهُوَ قَاۤىِٕمٌ يُّصَلِّيْ فِى الْمِحْرَابِۙ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ يُبَشِّرُكَ بِيَحْيٰى مُصَدِّقًاۢ بِكَلِمَةٍ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ وَسَيِّدًا وَّحَصُوْرًا وَّنَبِيًّا مِّنَ الصّٰلِحِيْنَ ٣٩

ID Translation Kemudian Malaikat (Jibril) memanggil Zakariya, sedang ia tengah berdiri melakukan shalat di mihrab (katanya): "Sesungguhnya Allah menggembirakan kamu dengan kelahiran (seorang puteramu) Yahya, yang membenarkan kalimat (yang datang) dari Allah, menjadi ikutan, menahan diri (dari hawa nafsu) dan seorang Nabi termasuk keturunan orang-orang saleh".

EN Translation Thereupon, as he stood praying in the sanctuary, the angels called out unto him: "God sends thee the glad tiding of [the birth of] John, who shall confirm the truth of a word from God, and [shall be] outstanding among men, and utterly chaste, and a prophet from among the righteous."

قَالَ رَبِّ اَنّٰى يَكُوْنُ لِيْ غُلٰمٌ وَّقَدْ بَلَغَنِيَ الْكِبَرُ وَامْرَاَتِيْ عَاقِرٌ ۗ قَالَ كَذٰلِكَ اللّٰهُ يَفْعَلُ مَا يَشَاۤءُ ٤٠

ID Translation Zakariya berkata: "Ya Tuhanku, bagaimana aku bisa mendapat anak sedang aku telah sangat tua dan isteriku pun seorang yang mandul?". Berfirman Allah: "Demikianlah, Allah berbuat apa yang dikehendaki-Nya".

EN Translation [Zachariah] exclaimed: "O my Sustainer! How can I have a son when old age has already overtaken me, and my wife is barren?" Answered [the angel]: "Thus it is: God does what He wills."

قَالَ رَبِّ اجْعَلْ لِّيْٓ اٰيَةً ۗ قَالَ اٰيَتُكَ اَلَّا تُكَلِّمَ النَّاسَ ثَلٰثَةَ اَيَّامٍ اِلَّا رَمْزًا ۗ وَاذْكُرْ رَّبَّكَ كَثِيْرًا وَّسَبِّحْ بِالْعَشِيِّ وَالْاِبْكَارِ ٤١

ID Translation Berkata Zakariya: "Berilah aku suatu tanda (bahwa isteriku telah mengandung)". Allah berfirman: "Tandanya bagimu, kamu tidak dapat berkata-kata dengan manusia selama tiga hari, kecuali dengan isyarat. Dan sebutlah (nama) Tuhanmu sebanyak-banyaknya serta bertasbihlah di waktu petang dan pagi hari".

EN Translation [Zachariah] prayed: "O my Sustainer! Appoint a sign for me!" Said [the angel]: "Thy sign shall be that for three days thou wilt not speak unto men other than by gestures. And remember thy Sustainer unceasingly, and extol His limitless glory by night and by day."

وَاِذْ قَالَتِ الْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةُ يٰمَرْيَمُ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ اصْطَفٰىكِ وَطَهَّرَكِ وَاصْطَفٰىكِ عَلٰى نِسَاۤءِ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ ٤٢

ID Translation Dan (ingatlah) ketika Malaikat (Jibril) berkata: "Hai Maryam, sesungguhnya Allah telah memilih kamu, mensucikan kamu dan melebihkan kamu atas segala wanita di dunia (yang semasa dengan kamu).

EN Translation AND LO! The angels said: "O Mary! Behold, God has elected thee and made thee pure, and raised thee above all the women of the world.

يٰمَرْيَمُ اقْنُتِيْ لِرَبِّكِ وَاسْجُدِيْ وَارْكَعِيْ مَعَ الرَّاكِعِيْنَ ٤٣

ID Translation Hai Maryam, taatlah kepada Tuhanmu, sujud dan ruku'lah bersama orang-orang yang ruku'.

EN Translation O Mary! Remain thou truly devout unto thy Sustainer, and prostrate thyself in worship, and bow down with those who bow down [before Him]."

ذٰلِكَ مِنْ اَنْۢبَاۤءِ الْغَيْبِ نُوْحِيْهِ اِلَيْكَ ۗوَمَا كُنْتَ لَدَيْهِمْ اِذْ يُلْقُوْنَ اَقْلَامَهُمْ اَيُّهُمْ يَكْفُلُ مَرْيَمَۖ وَمَا كُنْتَ لَدَيْهِمْ اِذْ يَخْتَصِمُوْنَ ٤٤

ID Translation Yang demikian itu adalah sebagian dari berita-berita ghaib yang Kami wahyukan kepada kamu (ya Muhammad); padahal kamu tidak hadir beserta mereka, ketika mereka melemparkan anak-anak panah mereka (untuk mengundi) siapa di antara mereka yang akan memelihara Maryam. Dan kamu tidak hadir di sisi mereka ketika mereka bersengketa.

EN Translation This account of something that was beyond the reach of thy perception We [now] reveal unto thee: for thou wert not with them when they drew lots as to which of them should be Mary's guardian, and thou wert not with them when they contended [about it] with one another.

اِذْ قَالَتِ الْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةُ يٰمَرْيَمُ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يُبَشِّرُكِ بِكَلِمَةٍ مِّنْهُۖ اسْمُهُ الْمَسِيْحُ عِيْسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ وَجِيْهًا فِى الدُّنْيَا وَالْاٰخِرَةِ وَمِنَ الْمُقَرَّبِيْنَۙ ٤٥

ID Translation (Ingatlah), ketika Malaikat berkata: "Hai Maryam, seungguhnya Allah menggembirakan kamu (dengan kelahiran seorang putera yang diciptakan) dengan kalimat (yang datang) daripada-Nya, namanya Al Masih Isa putera Maryam, seorang terkemuka di dunia dan di akhirat dan termasuk orang-orang yang didekatkan (kepada Allah),

EN Translation Lo! The angels said: "O Mary! Behold, God sends thee the glad tiding, through a word from Him, [of a son] who shall become known as the Christ Jesus, son of Mary, of great honour in this world and in the life to come, and [shall be] of those who are drawn near unto God.

وَيُكَلِّمُ النَّاسَ فِى الْمَهْدِ وَكَهْلًا وَّمِنَ الصّٰلِحِيْنَ ٤٦

ID Translation dan dia berbicara dengan manusia dalam buaian dan ketika sudah dewasa dan dia adalah termasuk orang-orang yang saleh".

EN Translation And he shall speak unto men in his cradle, and as a grown man, and shall be of the righteous."

قَالَتْ رَبِّ اَنّٰى يَكُوْنُ لِيْ وَلَدٌ وَّلَمْ يَمْسَسْنِيْ بَشَرٌ ۗ قَالَ كَذٰلِكِ اللّٰهُ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاۤءُ ۗاِذَا قَضٰٓى اَمْرًا فَاِنَّمَا يَقُوْلُ لَهٗ كُنْ فَيَكُوْنُ ٤٧

ID Translation Maryam berkata: "Ya Tuhanku, betapa mungkin aku mempunyai anak, padahal aku belum pernah disentuh oleh seorang laki-lakipun". Allah berfirman (dengan perantaraan Jibril): "Demikianlah Allah menciptakan apa yang dikehendaki-Nya. Apabila Allah berkehendak menetapkan sesuatu, maka Allah hanya cukup berkata kepadanya: "Jadilah", lalu jadilah dia.

EN Translation Said she: "O my Sustainer! How can I have a son when no man has ever touched me?" [The angel] answered: "Thus it is: God creates what He wills when He wills a thing to be, He but says unto it, 'Be' - and it is.

وَيُعَلِّمُهُ الْكِتٰبَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَالتَّوْرٰىةَ وَالْاِنْجِيْلَۚ ٤٨

ID Translation Dan Allah akan mengajarkan kepadanya Al Kitab, Hikmah, Taurat dan Injil.

EN Translation And he will impart unto thy son revelation, and wisdom, and the Torah, and the Gospel,

وَرَسُوْلًا اِلٰى بَنِيْٓ اِسْرَاۤءِيْلَ ەۙ اَنِّيْ قَدْ جِئْتُكُمْ بِاٰيَةٍ مِّنْ رَّبِّكُمْ ۙاَنِّيْٓ اَخْلُقُ لَكُمْ مِّنَ الطِّيْنِ كَهَيْـَٔةِ الطَّيْرِ فَاَنْفُخُ فِيْهِ فَيَكُوْنُ طَيْرًاۢ بِاِذْنِ اللّٰهِ ۚوَاُبْرِئُ الْاَكْمَهَ وَالْاَبْرَصَ وَاُحْيِ الْمَوْتٰى بِاِذْنِ اللّٰهِ ۚوَاُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا تَأْكُلُوْنَ وَمَا تَدَّخِرُوْنَ ۙفِيْ بُيُوْتِكُمْ ۗاِنَّ فِيْ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰيَةً لَّكُمْ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُّؤْمِنِيْنَۚ ٤٩

ID Translation Dan (sebagai) Rasul kepada Bani Israil (yang berkata kepada mereka): "Sesungguhnya aku telah datang kepadamu dengan membawa sesuatu tanda (mukjizat) dari Tuhanmu, yaitu aku membuat untuk kamu dari tanah berbentuk burung; kemudian aku meniupnya, maka ia menjadi seekor burung dengan seizin Allah; dan aku menyembuhkan orang yang buta sejak dari lahirnya dan orang yang berpenyakit sopak; dan aku menghidupkan orang mati dengan seizin Allah; dan aku kabarkan kepadamu apa yang kamu makan dan apa yang kamu simpan di rumahmu. Sesungguhnya pada yang demikian itu adalah suatu tanda (kebenaran kerasulanku) bagimu, jika kamu sungguh-sungguh beriman.

EN Translation and [will make him] an apostle unto the children of Israel.” "I HAVE COME unto you with a message from your Sustainer. I shall create for you out of clay, as it were, the shape of [your] destiny, and then breathe into it, so that it might become [your] destiny by God's leave; and I shall heal the blind and the leper, and bring the dead back to life by God's leave; and I shall let you know what you may eat and what you should store up in your houses. Behold, in all this there is indeed a message for you, if you are [truly] believers.

وَمُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ مِنَ التَّوْرٰىةِ وَلِاُحِلَّ لَكُمْ بَعْضَ الَّذِيْ حُرِّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَجِئْتُكُمْ بِاٰيَةٍ مِّنْ رَّبِّكُمْۗ فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ وَاَطِيْعُوْنِ ٥٠

ID Translation Dan (aku datang kepadamu) membenarkan Taurat yang datang sebelumku, dan untuk menghalalkan bagimu sebagian yang telah diharamkan untukmu, dan aku datang kepadamu dengan membawa suatu tanda (mukjizat) daripada Tuhanmu. Karena itu bertakwalah kepada Allah dan taatlah kepadaku.

EN Translation "And [I have come] to confirm the truth of whatever there still remains of the Torah, and to make lawful unto you some of the things which [aforetime] were forbidden to you. And I have come unto you with a message from your Sustainer; remain, then, conscious of God, and pay heed unto me.

اِنَّ اللّٰهَ رَبِّيْ وَرَبُّكُمْ فَاعْبُدُوْهُ ۗهٰذَا صِرَاطٌ مُّسْتَقِيْمٌ ٥١

ID Translation Sesungguhnya Allah, Tuhanku dan Tuhanmu, karena itu sembahlah Dia. Inilah jalan yang lurus".

EN Translation "Verily, God is my Sustainer as well as your Sustainer; so worship Him [alone]: this is a straight way."

۞ فَلَمَّآ اَحَسَّ عِيْسٰى مِنْهُمُ الْكُفْرَ قَالَ مَنْ اَنْصَارِيْٓ اِلَى اللّٰهِ ۗ قَالَ الْحَوَارِيُّوْنَ نَحْنُ اَنْصَارُ اللّٰهِ ۚ اٰمَنَّا بِاللّٰهِ ۚ وَاشْهَدْ بِاَنَّا مُسْلِمُوْنَ ٥٢

ID Translation Maka tatkala Isa mengetahui keingkaran mereka (Bani lsrail) berkatalah dia: "Siapakah yang akan menjadi penolong-penolongku untuk (menegakkan agama) Allah?" Para hawariyyin (sahabat-sahabat setia) menjawab: "Kamilah penolong-penolong (agama) Allah, kami beriman kepada Allah; dan saksikanlah bahwa sesungguhnya kami adalah orang-orang yang berserah diri.

EN Translation And when Jesus became aware of their refusal to acknowledge the truth, he asked: "Who will be my helpers in God's cause?" The white-garbed ones replied: "We shall be [thy] helpers [in the cause] of God! We believe in God: and bear thou witness that we have surrendered ourselves unto Him!

رَبَّنَآ اٰمَنَّا بِمَآ اَنْزَلْتَ وَاتَّبَعْنَا الرَّسُوْلَ فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشّٰهِدِيْنَ ٥٣

ID Translation Ya Tuhan kami, kami telah beriman kepada apa yang telah Engkau turunkan dan telah kami ikuti rasul, karena itu masukanlah kami ke dalam golongan orang-orang yang menjadi saksi (tentang keesaan Allah)".

EN Translation O our Sustainer! We believe in what Thou hast bestowed from on high, and we follow this Apostle; make us one, then, with all who bear witness [to the truth]!"

وَمَكَرُوْا وَمَكَرَ اللّٰهُ ۗوَاللّٰهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِيْنَ ٥٤

ID Translation Orang-orang kafir itu membuat tipu daya, dan Allah membalas tipu daya mereka itu. Dan Allah sebaik-baik pembalas tipu daya.

EN Translation And the unbelievers schemed [against Jesus]; but God brought their scheming to nought: for God is above all schemers.

اِذْ قَالَ اللّٰهُ يٰعِيْسٰٓى اِنِّيْ مُتَوَفِّيْكَ وَرَافِعُكَ اِلَيَّ وَمُطَهِّرُكَ مِنَ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا وَجَاعِلُ الَّذِيْنَ اتَّبَعُوْكَ فَوْقَ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْٓا اِلٰى يَوْمِ الْقِيٰمَةِ ۚ ثُمَّ اِلَيَّ مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَاَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ فِيْمَا كُنْتُمْ فِيْهِ تَخْتَلِفُوْنَ ٥٥

ID Translation (Ingatlah), ketika Allah berfirman: "Hai Isa, sesungguhnya Aku akan menyampaikan kamu kepada akhir ajalmu dan mengangkat kamu kepada-Ku serta membersihkan kamu dari orang-orang yang kafir, dan menjadikan orang-orang yang mengikuti kamu di atas orang-orang yang kafir hingga hari kiamat. Kemudian hanya kepada Akulah kembalimu, lalu Aku memutuskan diantaramu tentang hal-hal yang selalu kamu berselisih padanya".

EN Translation Lo! God said: "O Jesus! Verily, I shall cause thee to die, and shall exalt thee unto Me, and cleanse thee of [the presence of] those who are bent on denying the truth; and I shall place those who follow thee [far] above those who are bent on denying the truth, unto the Day of Resurrection. In the end, unto Me you all must return, and I shall judge between you with regard to all on which you were wont to differ.

فَاَمَّا الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا فَاُعَذِّبُهُمْ عَذَابًا شَدِيْدًا فِى الدُّنْيَا وَالْاٰخِرَةِۖ وَمَا لَهُمْ مِّنْ نّٰصِرِيْنَ ٥٦

ID Translation Adapun orang-orang yang kafir, maka akan Ku-siksa mereka dengan siksa yang sangat keras di dunia dan di akhirat, dan mereka tidak memperoleh penolong.

EN Translation "And as for those who are bent on denying the truth, I shall cause them to suffer a suffering severe in this world and in the life to come, and they shall have none to succour them;

وَاَمَّا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ فَيُوَفِّيْهِمْ اُجُوْرَهُمْ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الظّٰلِمِيْنَ ٥٧

ID Translation Adapun orang-orang yang beriman dan mengerjakan amalan-amalan yang saleh, maka Allah akan memberikan kepada mereka dengan sempurna pahala amalan-amalan mereka; dan Allah tidak menyukai orang-orang yang zalim.

EN Translation whereas unto those who attain to faith and do good works He will grant their reward in full: for God does not love evildoers."

ذٰلِكَ نَتْلُوْهُ عَلَيْكَ مِنَ الْاٰيٰتِ وَالذِّكْرِ الْحَكِيْمِ ٥٨

ID Translation Demikianlah (kisah Isa), Kami membacakannya kepada kamu sebagian dari bukti-bukti (kerasulannya) dan (membacakan) Al Quran yang penuh hikmah.

EN Translation THIS MESSAGE do We convey unto thee, and this tiding full of wisdom:

اِنَّ مَثَلَ عِيْسٰى عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ كَمَثَلِ اٰدَمَ ۗ خَلَقَهٗ مِنْ تُرَابٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهٗ كُنْ فَيَكُوْنُ ٥٩

ID Translation Sesungguhnya misal (penciptaan) Isa di sisi AllAh, adalah seperti (penciptaan) Adam. Allah menciptakan Adam dari tanah, kemudian Allah berfirman kepadanya: "Jadilah" (seorang manusia), maka jadilah dia.

EN Translation Verily, in the sight of God, the nature of Jesus is as the nature of Adam, whom He created out of dust and then said unto him, "Be" - and he is.

اَلْحَقُّ مِنْ رَّبِّكَ فَلَا تَكُنْ مِّنَ الْمُمْتَرِيْنَ ٦٠

ID Translation (Apa yang telah Kami ceritakan itu), itulah yang benar, yang datang dari Tuhanmu, karena itu janganlah kamu termasuk orang-orang yang ragu-ragu.

EN Translation [This is] the truth from thy Sustainer; be not, then, among the doubters!

فَمَنْ حَاۤجَّكَ فِيْهِ مِنْۢ بَعْدِ مَا جَاۤءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ فَقُلْ تَعَالَوْا نَدْعُ اَبْنَاۤءَنَا وَاَبْنَاۤءَكُمْ وَنِسَاۤءَنَا وَنِسَاۤءَكُمْ وَاَنْفُسَنَا وَاَنْفُسَكُمْۗ ثُمَّ نَبْتَهِلْ فَنَجْعَلْ لَّعْنَتَ اللّٰهِ عَلَى الْكٰذِبِيْنَ ٦١

ID Translation Siapa yang membantahmu tentang kisah Isa sesudah datang ilmu (yang meyakinkan kamu), maka katakanlah (kepadanya): "Marilah kita memanggil anak-anak kami dan anak-anak kamu, isteri-isteri kami dan isteri-isteri kamu, diri kami dan diri kamu; kemudian marilah kita bermubahalah kepada Allah dan kita minta supaya laknat Allah ditimpakan kepada orang-orang yang dusta.

EN Translation And if anyone should argue with thee about this [truth] after all the knowledge that has come unto thee, say: "Come! Let us summon our sons and your sons, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves; and then let us pray [together] humbly and ardently, and let us invoke God's curse upon those [of us] who are telling a lie."

اِنَّ هٰذَا لَهُوَ الْقَصَصُ الْحَقُّ ۚ وَمَا مِنْ اِلٰهٍ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ ۗوَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيْزُ الْحَكِيْمُ ٦٢

ID Translation Sesungguhnya ini adalah kisah yang benar, dan tak ada Tuhan (yang berhak disembah) selain Allah; dan sesungguhnya Allah, Dialah Yang Maha Perkasa lagi Maha Bijaksana.

EN Translation Behold, this is indeed the truth of the matter, and there is no deity whatever save God; and, verily, God - He alone - is almighty, truly wise.

فَاِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلِيْمٌ ۢبِالْمُفْسِدِيْنَ ٦٣

ID Translation Kemudian jika mereka berpaling (dari kebenaran), maka sesunguhnya Allah Maha Mengetahui orang-orang yang berbuat kerusakan.

EN Translation And if they turn away [from this truth] - behold, God has full knowledge of the spreaders of corruption.

قُلْ يٰٓاَهْلَ الْكِتٰبِ تَعَالَوْا اِلٰى كَلِمَةٍ سَوَاۤءٍۢ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ اَلَّا نَعْبُدَ اِلَّا اللّٰهَ وَلَا نُشْرِكَ بِهٖ شَيْـًٔا وَّلَا يَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُنَا بَعْضًا اَرْبَابًا مِّنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ ۗ فَاِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَقُوْلُوا اشْهَدُوْا بِاَنَّا مُسْلِمُوْنَ ٦٤

ID Translation Katakanlah: "Hai Ahli Kitab, marilah (berpegang) kepada suatu kalimat (ketetapan) yang tidak ada perselisihan antara kami dan kamu, bahwa tidak kita sembah kecuali Allah dan tidak kita persekutukan Dia dengan sesuatupun dan tidak (pula) sebagian kita menjadikan sebagian yang lain sebagai tuhan selain Allah". Jika mereka berpaling maka katakanlah kepada mereka: "Saksikanlah, bahwa kami adalah orang-orang yang berserah diri (kepada Allah)".

EN Translation Say: "O followers of earlier revelation! Come unto that tenet which we and you hold in common: that we shall worship none but God, and that we shall not ascribe divinity to aught beside Him, and that we shall not take human beings for our lords beside God." And if they turn away, then say: "Bear witness that it is we who have surrendered ourselves unto Him."

يٰٓاَهْلَ الْكِتٰبِ لِمَ تُحَاۤجُّوْنَ فِيْٓ اِبْرٰهِيْمَ وَمَآ اُنْزِلَتِ التَّوْرٰىةُ وَالْاِنْجِيْلُ اِلَّا مِنْۢ بَعْدِهٖۗ اَفَلَا تَعْقِلُوْنَ ٦٥

ID Translation Hai Ahli Kitab, mengapa kamu bantah membantah tentang hal Ibrahim, padahal Taurat dan Injil tidak diturunkan melainkan sesudah Ibrahim. Apakah kamu tidak berpikir?

EN Translation O FOLLOWERS of earlier revelation! Why do you argue about Abraham, seeing that the Torah and the Gospel were not revealed till [long] after him? Will you not, then, use your reason?

هٰٓاَنْتُمْ هٰٓؤُلَاۤءِ حَاجَجْتُمْ فِيْمَا لَكُمْ بِهٖ عِلْمٌ فَلِمَ تُحَاۤجُّوْنَ فِيْمَا لَيْسَ لَكُمْ بِهٖ عِلْمٌ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ يَعْلَمُ واَنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُوْنَ ٦٦

ID Translation Beginilah kamu, kamu ini (sewajarnya) bantah membantah tentang hal yang kamu ketahui, maka kenapa kamu bantah membantah tentang hal yang tidak kamu ketahui? Allah mengetahui sedang kamu tidak mengetahui.

EN Translation Lo! You are the ones who would argue about that which is known to you; but why do you argue about something which is unknown to you? Yet God knows [it], whereas you do not know:

مَاكَانَ اِبْرٰهِيْمُ يَهُوْدِيًّا وَّلَا نَصْرَانِيًّا وَّلٰكِنْ كَانَ حَنِيْفًا مُّسْلِمًاۗ وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِيْنَ ٦٧

ID Translation Ibrahim bukan seorang Yahudi dan bukan (pula) seorang Nasrani, akan tetapi dia adalah seorang yang lurus lagi berserah diri (kepada Allah) dan sekali-kali bukanlah dia termasuk golongan orang-orang musyrik.

EN Translation Abraham was neither a "Jew" nor a "Christian", but was one who turned away from all that is false, having surrendered himself unto God; and he was not of those who ascribe divinity to aught beside Him.

اِنَّ اَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِاِبْرٰهِيْمَ لَلَّذِيْنَ اتَّبَعُوْهُ وَهٰذَا النَّبِيُّ وَالَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا ۗ وَاللّٰهُ وَلِيُّ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ ٦٨

ID Translation Sesungguhnya orang yang paling dekat kepada Ibrahim ialah orang-orang yang mengikutinya dan Nabi ini (Muhammad), beserta orang-orang yang beriman (kepada Muhammad), dan Allah adalah Pelindung semua orang-orang yang beriman.

EN Translation Behold, the people who have the best claim to Abraham are surely those who follow him - as does this Prophet and all who believe [in him] - and God is near unto the believers.

وَدَّتْ طَّاۤىِٕفَةٌ مِّنْ اَهْلِ الْكِتٰبِ لَوْ يُضِلُّوْنَكُمْۗ وَمَا يُضِلُّوْنَ اِلَّآ اَنْفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُوْنَ ٦٩

ID Translation Segolongan dari Ahli Kitab ingin menyesatkan kamu, padahal mereka (sebenarnya) tidak menyesatkan melainkan dirinya sendiri, dan mereka tidak menyadarinya.

EN Translation Some of the followers of earlier revelation would love to lead you astray: yet none do they lead astray but themselves, and perceive it not.

يٰٓاَهْلَ الْكِتٰبِ لِمَ تَكْفُرُوْنَ بِاٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ وَاَنْتُمْ تَشْهَدُوْنَ ٧٠

ID Translation Hai Ahli Kitab, mengapa kamu mengingkari ayat-ayat Allah, padahal kamu mengetahui (kebenarannya).

EN Translation O followers of earlier revelation! Why do you deny the truth of God's messages to which you yourselves bear witness?

يٰٓاَهْلَ الْكِتٰبِ لِمَ تَلْبِسُوْنَ الْحَقَّ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَتَكْتُمُوْنَ الْحَقَّ وَاَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ ٧١

ID Translation Hai Ahli Kitab, mengapa kamu mencampur adukkan yang haq dengan yang bathil, dan menyembunyikan kebenaran, padahal kamu mengetahuinya?

EN Translation O followers of earlier revelation! Why do you cloak the truth with falsehood and conceal the truth of which you are [so well] aware?

وَقَالَتْ طَّاۤىِٕفَةٌ مِّنْ اَهْلِ الْكِتٰبِ اٰمِنُوْا بِالَّذِيْٓ اُنْزِلَ عَلَى الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَجْهَ النَّهَارِ وَاكْفُرُوْٓا اٰخِرَهٗ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُوْنَۚ ٧٢

ID Translation Segolongan (lain) dari Ahli Kitab berkata (kepada sesamanya): "Perlihatkanlah (seolah-olah) kamu beriman kepada apa yang diturunkan kepada orang-orang beriman (sahabat-sahabat Rasul) pada permulaan siang dan ingkarilah ia pada akhirnya, supaya mereka (orang-orang mukmin) kembali (kepada kekafiran).

EN Translation And some of the followers of earlier revelation say [to one another]: "Declare your belief in what has been revealed unto those who believe [in Muhammad] at the beginning of the day, and deny the truth of what came later, so that they might go back [on their faith];

وَلَا تُؤْمِنُوْٓا اِلَّا لِمَنْ تَبِعَ دِيْنَكُمْ ۗ قُلْ اِنَّ الْهُدٰى هُدَى اللّٰهِ ۙ اَنْ يُّؤْتٰىٓ اَحَدٌ مِّثْلَ مَآ اُوْتِيْتُمْ اَوْ يُحَاۤجُّوْكُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّكُمْ ۗ قُلْ اِنَّ الْفَضْلَ بِيَدِ اللّٰهِ ۚ يُؤْتِيْهِ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗوَاللّٰهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيْمٌ ۚ ٧٣

ID Translation Dan janganlah kamu percaya melainkan kepada orang yang mengikuti agamamu. Katakanlah: "Sesungguhnya petunjuk (yang harus diikuti) ialah petunjuk Allah, dan (janganlah kamu percaya) bahwa akan diberikan kepada seseorang seperti apa yang diberikan kepadamu, dan (jangan pula kamu percaya) bahwa mereka akan mengalahkan hujjahmu di sisi Tuhanmu". Katakanlah: "Sesungguhnya karunia itu di tangan Allah, Allah memberikan karunia-Nya kepada siapa yang dikehendaki-Nya; dan Allah Maha Luas karunia-Nya) lagi Maha Mengetahui";

EN Translation but do not [really] believe anyone who does not follow your own faith." Say: "Behold, all [true] guidance is God's guidance, consisting in one's being granted [revelation] such as you have been granted." Or would they contend against you before your Sustainer? Say: "Behold, all bounty is in the hand of God; He grants it unto whom He wills: for God is infinite, all-knowing,

يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهٖ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗوَاللّٰهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيْمِ ٧٤

ID Translation Allah menentukan rahmat-Nya (kenabian) kepada siapa yang dikehendaki-Nya dan Allah mempunyai karunia yang besar.

EN Translation singling out for His grace whom He wills. And God is limitless in His great bounty."

۞ وَمِنْ اَهْلِ الْكِتٰبِ مَنْ اِنْ تَأْمَنْهُ بِقِنْطَارٍ يُّؤَدِّهٖٓ اِلَيْكَۚ وَمِنْهُمْ مَّنْ اِنْ تَأْمَنْهُ بِدِيْنَارٍ لَّا يُؤَدِّهٖٓ اِلَيْكَ اِلَّا مَا دُمْتَ عَلَيْهِ قَاۤىِٕمًا ۗ ذٰلِكَ بِاَنَّهُمْ قَالُوْا لَيْسَ عَلَيْنَا فِى الْاُمِّيّٖنَ سَبِيْلٌۚ وَيَقُوْلُوْنَ عَلَى اللّٰهِ الْكَذِبَ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُوْنَ ٧٥

ID Translation Di antara Ahli kitab ada orang yang jika kamu mempercayakan kepadanya harta yang banyak, dikembalikannya kepadamu; dan di antara mereka ada orang yang jika kamu mempercayakan kepadanya satu dinar, tidak dikembalikannya kepadamu kecuali jika kamu selalu menagihnya. Yang demikian itu lantaran mereka mengatakan: "tidak ada dosa bagi kami terhadap orang-orang ummi. Mereka berkata dusta terhadap Allah, padahal mereka mengetahui.

EN Translation AND AMONG the followers of earlier revelation there is many a one who, if thou entrust him with a treasure, will [faithfully] restore it to thee; and there is among them many a one who, if thou entrust him with a tiny gold coin, will not restore it to thee unless thou keep standing over him - which is an outcome of their assertion, "No blame can attach to us [for anything that we may do] with regard to these unlettered folk": and [so] they tell a lie about God, being well aware [that it is a lie]."

بَلٰى مَنْ اَوْفٰى بِعَهْدِهٖ وَاتَّقٰى فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَّقِيْنَ ٧٦

ID Translation (Bukan demikian), sebenarnya siapa yang menepati janji (yang dibuat)nya dan bertakwa, maka sesungguhnya Allah menyukai orang-orang yang bertakwa.

EN Translation Nay, but [God is aware of] those who keep their bond with Him, and are conscious of Him: and, verily, God loves those who are conscious of Him.

اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ يَشْتَرُوْنَ بِعَهْدِ اللّٰهِ وَاَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيْلًا اُولٰۤىِٕكَ لَا خَلَاقَ لَهُمْ فِى الْاٰخِرَةِ وَلَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللّٰهُ وَلَا يَنْظُرُ اِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيٰمَةِ وَلَا يُزَكِّيْهِمْ ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِيْمٌ ٧٧

ID Translation Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang menukar janji (nya dengan) Allah dan sumpah-sumpah mereka dengan harga yang sedikit, mereka itu tidak mendapat bahagian (pahala) di akhirat, dan Allah tidak akan berkata-kata dengan mereka dan tidak akan melihat kepada mereka pada hari kiamat dan tidak (pula) akan mensucikan mereka. Bagi mereka azab yang pedih.

EN Translation Behold, those who barter away their bond with God and their own pledges for a trifling gain - they shall not partake in the blessings of the life to come; and God will neither speak unto them nor look upon them on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He cleanse them of their sins; and grievous suffering awaits them.

وَاِنَّ مِنْهُمْ لَفَرِيْقًا يَّلْوٗنَ اَلْسِنَتَهُمْ بِالْكِتٰبِ لِتَحْسَبُوْهُ مِنَ الْكِتٰبِ وَمَا هُوَ مِنَ الْكِتٰبِۚ وَيَقُوْلُوْنَ هُوَ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللّٰهِ وَمَا هُوَ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللّٰهِ ۚ وَيَقُوْلُوْنَ عَلَى اللّٰهِ الْكَذِبَ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُوْنَ ٧٨

ID Translation Sesungguhnya diantara mereka ada segolongan yang memutar-mutar lidahnya membaca Al Kitab, supaya kamu menyangka yang dibacanya itu sebagian dari Al Kitab, padahal ia bukan dari Al Kitab dan mereka mengatakan: "Ia (yang dibaca itu datang) dari sisi Allah", padahal ia bukan dari sisi Allah. Mereka berkata dusta terhadap Allah sedang mereka mengetahui.

EN Translation And, behold, there are indeed some among them who distort the Bible with their tongues, so as to make you think that [what they say] is from the Bible, the while it is not from the Bible; and who say, "This is from God," the while it is not from God: and thus do they tell a lie about God, being well aware [that it is a lie].

مَا كَانَ لِبَشَرٍ اَنْ يُّؤْتِيَهُ اللّٰهُ الْكِتٰبَ وَالْحُكْمَ وَالنُّبُوَّةَ ثُمَّ يَقُوْلَ لِلنَّاسِ كُوْنُوْا عِبَادًا لِّيْ مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ وَلٰكِنْ كُوْنُوْا رَبَّانِيّٖنَ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تُعَلِّمُوْنَ الْكِتٰبَ وَبِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَدْرُسُوْنَ ۙ ٧٩

ID Translation Tidak wajar bagi seseorang manusia yang Allah berikan kepadanya Al Kitab, hikmah dan kenabian, lalu dia berkata kepada manusia: "Hendaklah kamu menjadi penyembah-penyembahku bukan penyembah Allah". Akan tetapi (dia berkata): "Hendaklah kamu menjadi orang-orang rabbani, karena kamu selalu mengajarkan Al Kitab dan disebabkan kamu tetap mempelajarinya.

EN Translation It is not conceivable that a human being unto whom God had granted revelation, and sound judgment, and prophethood, should thereafter have said unto people, "Worship me beside God"; but rather [did he exhort them], "Become men of God by spreading the knowledge of the divine writ, and by your own deep study [thereof]."

وَلَا يَأْمُرَكُمْ اَنْ تَتَّخِذُوا الْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةَ وَالنَّبِيّٖنَ اَرْبَابًا ۗ اَيَأْمُرُكُمْ بِالْكُفْرِ بَعْدَ اِذْ اَنْتُمْ مُّسْلِمُوْنَ ٨٠

ID Translation dan (tidak wajar pula baginya) menyuruhmu menjadikan malaikat dan para nabi sebagai tuhan. Apakah (patut) dia menyuruhmu berbuat kekafiran di waktu kamu sudah (menganut agama) Islam?".

EN Translation And neither did he bid you to take the angels and the prophets for your lords: [for] would he bid you to deny the truth after you have surrendered yourselves unto God?

وَاِذْ اَخَذَ اللّٰهُ مِيْثَاقَ النَّبِيّٖنَ لَمَآ اٰتَيْتُكُمْ مِّنْ كِتٰبٍ وَّحِكْمَةٍ ثُمَّ جَاۤءَكُمْ رَسُوْلٌ مُّصَدِّقٌ لِّمَا مَعَكُمْ لَتُؤْمِنُنَّ بِهٖ وَلَتَنْصُرُنَّهٗ ۗ قَالَ ءَاَقْرَرْتُمْ وَاَخَذْتُمْ عَلٰى ذٰلِكُمْ اِصْرِيْ ۗ قَالُوْٓا اَقْرَرْنَا ۗ قَالَ فَاشْهَدُوْا وَاَنَا۠ مَعَكُمْ مِّنَ الشّٰهِدِيْنَ ٨١

ID Translation Dan (ingatlah), ketika Allah mengambil perjanjian dari para nabi: "Sungguh, apa saja yang Aku berikan kepadamu berupa kitab dan hikmah kemudian datang kepadamu seorang rasul yang membenarkan apa yang ada padamu, niscaya kamu akan sungguh-sungguh beriman kepadanya dan menolongnya". Allah berfirman: "Apakah kamu mengakui dan menerima perjanjian-Ku terhadap yang demikian itu?" Mereka menjawab: "Kami mengakui". Allah berfirman: "Kalau begitu saksikanlah (hai para nabi) dan Aku menjadi saksi (pula) bersama kamu".

EN Translation AND, LO, God accepted, through the prophets, this solemn pledge [from the followers of earlier revelation]: "If, after all the revelation and the wisdom which I have vouchsafed unto you, there comes to you an apostle confirming the truth already in your possession, you must believe in him and succour him. Do you" - said He - "acknowledge and accept My bond on this condition?" They answered: "We do acknowledge it." Said He: "Then bear witness [thereto], and I shall be your witness.

فَمَنْ تَوَلّٰى بَعْدَ ذٰلِكَ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ الْفٰسِقُوْنَ ٨٢

ID Translation Barang siapa yang berpaling sesudah itu, maka mereka itulah orang-orang yang fasik.

EN Translation And, henceforth, all who turn away [from this pledge] - it is they, they who are truly iniquitous!"

اَفَغَيْرَ دِيْنِ اللّٰهِ يَبْغُوْنَ وَلَهٗ ٓ اَسْلَمَ مَنْ فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ طَوْعًا وَّكَرْهًا وَّاِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُوْنَ ٨٣

ID Translation Maka apakah mereka mencari agama yang lain dari agama Allah, padahal kepada-Nya-lah menyerahkan diri segala apa yang di langit dan di bumi, baik dengan suka maupun terpaksa dan hanya kepada Allahlah mereka dikembalikan.

EN Translation Do they seek, perchance, a faith other than in God, although it is unto Him that whatever is in the heavens and on earth surrenders itself, willingly or unwillingly, since unto Him all must return?

قُلْ اٰمَنَّا بِاللّٰهِ وَمَآ اُنْزِلَ عَلَيْنَا وَمَآ اُنْزِلَ عَلٰٓى اِبْرٰهِيْمَ وَاِسْمٰعِيْلَ وَاِسْحٰقَ وَيَعْقُوْبَ وَالْاَسْبَاطِ وَمَآ اُوْتِيَ مُوْسٰى وَعِيْسٰى وَالنَّبِيُّوْنَ مِنْ رَّبِّهِمْۖ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ اَحَدٍ مِّنْهُمْۖ وَنَحْنُ لَهٗ مُسْلِمُوْنَ ٨٤

ID Translation Katakanlah: "Kami beriman kepada Allah dan kepada apa yang diturunkan kepada kami dan yang diturunkan kepada Ibrahim, Ismail, Ishaq, Ya'qub, dan anak-anaknya, dan apa yang diberikan kepada Musa, Isa dan para nabi dari Tuhan mereka. Kami tidak membeda-bedakan seorangpun di antara mereka dan hanya kepada-Nya-lah kami menyerahkan diri".

EN Translation Say: "We believe in God, and in that which has been bestowed from on high upon us, and that which has been bestowed upon Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and their descendants, and that which has been vouchsafed by their Sustainer unto Moses and Jesus and all the [other] prophets: we make no distinction between any of them. And unto Him do we surrender ourselves."

وَمَنْ يَّبْتَغِ غَيْرَ الْاِسْلَامِ دِيْنًا فَلَنْ يُّقْبَلَ مِنْهُۚ وَهُوَ فِى الْاٰخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخٰسِرِيْنَ ٨٥

ID Translation Barangsiapa mencari agama selain agama Islam, maka sekali-kali tidaklah akan diterima (agama itu)daripadanya, dan dia di akhirat termasuk orang-orang yang rugi.

EN Translation For, if one goes in search of a religion other than self-surrender unto God, it will never be accepted from him, and in the life to come he shall be among the lost.

كَيْفَ يَهْدِى اللّٰهُ قَوْمًا كَفَرُوْا بَعْدَ اِيْمَانِهِمْ وَشَهِدُوْٓا اَنَّ الرَّسُوْلَ حَقٌّ وَّجَاۤءَهُمُ الْبَيِّنٰتُ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ لَا يَهْدِى الْقَوْمَ الظّٰلِمِيْنَ ٨٦

ID Translation Bagaimana Allah akan menunjuki suatu kaum yang kafir sesudah mereka beriman, serta mereka telah mengakui bahwa Rasul itu (Muhammad) benar-benar rasul, dan keterangan-keteranganpun telah datang kepada mereka? Allah tidak menunjuki orang-orang yang zalim.

EN Translation How would God bestow His guidance upon people who have resolved to deny the truth after having attained to faith, and having borne witness that this Apostle is true, and [after] all evidence of the truth has come unto them? For, God does not guide such evildoing folk.

اُولٰۤىِٕكَ جَزَاۤؤُهُمْ اَنَّ عَلَيْهِمْ لَعْنَةَ اللّٰهِ وَالْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ اَجْمَعِيْنَۙ ٨٧

ID Translation Mereka itu, balasannya ialah: bahwasanya laknat Allah ditimpakan kepada mereka, (demikian pula) laknat para malaikat dan manusia seluruhnya,

EN Translation Their requital shall be rejection by God, and by the angels, and by all [righteous] men.

خٰلِدِيْنَ فِيْهَا ۚ لَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ الْعَذَابُ وَلَا هُمْ يُنْظَرُوْنَۙ ٨٨

ID Translation mereka kekal di dalamnya, tidak diringankan siksa dari mereka, dan tidak (pula) mereka diberi tangguh,

EN Translation In this state shall they abide; [and] neither will their suffering be lightened, nor will they be granted respite.

اِلَّا الَّذِيْنَ تَابُوْا مِنْۢ بَعْدِ ذٰلِكَ وَاَصْلَحُوْاۗ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ ٨٩

ID Translation kecuali orang-orang yang taubat, sesudah (kafir) itu dan mengadakan perbaikan. Karena sesungguhnya Allah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang.

EN Translation But excepted shall be they that afterwards repent and put themselves to rights: for, behold, God is much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace.

اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا بَعْدَ اِيْمَانِهِمْ ثُمَّ ازْدَادُوْا كُفْرًا لَّنْ تُقْبَلَ تَوْبَتُهُمْ ۚ وَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ الضَّاۤلُّوْنَ ٩٠

ID Translation Sesungguhnya orang-orang kafir sesudah beriman, kemudian bertambah kekafirannya, sekali-kali tidak akan diterima taubatnya; dan mereka itulah orang-orang yang sesat.

EN Translation Verily, as for those who are bent on denying the truth after having attained to faith, and then grow [ever more stubborn] in their refusal to acknowledge the truth, their repentance [of other sins] shall not be accepted: for it is they who have truly gone astray.

اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا وَمَاتُوْا وَهُمْ كُفَّارٌ فَلَنْ يُّقْبَلَ مِنْ اَحَدِهِمْ مِّلْءُ الْاَرْضِ ذَهَبًا وَّلَوِ افْتَدٰى بِهٖۗ اُولٰۤىِٕكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِيْمٌ وَّمَا لَهُمْ مِّنْ نّٰصِرِيْنَ ۔ ٩١

ID Translation Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang kafir dan mati sedang mereka tetap dalam kekafirannya, maka tidaklah akan diterima dari seseorang diantara mereka emas sepenuh bumi, walaupun dia menebus diri dengan emas (yang sebanyak) itu. Bagi mereka itulah siksa yang pedih dan sekali-kali mereka tidak memperoleh penolong.

EN Translation Verily, as for those who are bent on denying the truth and die as deniers of the truth - not all the gold on earth could ever be their ransom. It is they for whom grievous suffering is in store; and they shall have none to succour them.

لَنْ تَنَالُوا الْبِرَّ حَتّٰى تُنْفِقُوْا مِمَّا تُحِبُّوْنَ ۗوَمَا تُنْفِقُوْا مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ بِهٖ عَلِيْمٌ ٩٢

ID Translation Kamu sekali-kali tidak sampai kepada kebajikan (yang sempurna), sebelum kamu menafkahkan sehahagian harta yang kamu cintai. Dan apa saja yang kamu nafkahkan maka sesungguhnya Allah mengetahuinya.

EN Translation [But as for you, O believers,] never shall you attain to true piety unless you spend on others out of what you cherish yourselves; and whatever you spend - verily, God has full knowledge thereof.
